The bottle says take one or two of these — I decided to start with one, since I’d never taken them before. I took it at 10:45 and was feeling sleepy within a half hour. I stayed up a little while longer anyway, then went to sleep. My problem isn’t so much GOING to sleep as STAYING asleep, so I was happy I slept all night long. I woke up about 6:30, which is a little earlier than I would have liked, but as I said, I only took one, so two would probably make the difference. When I have tried prescription sleeping pills, they are faster to work, but don’t work any longer than these, and in fact I sometimes wake up in the night with the prescription kind, and with these I did not. The over-the-counter kind in the drug stores take about as long as these to start working, but work too long for me. I easily sleep 12 hours when I use those and even when I wake up I still feel tired for a couple of hours. So these Instant Sleep seem about right for me — puts you to sleep, but not for too long.

This product rocks!. I was looking for a natural product that would give me a sound night’s sleep without leaving me with that groggy, medicated, “sleep hangover” feeling you get with most over the counter formulas. I was pleasantly surprised that Instant Sleep worked as quickly as it did , within 40 minutes of taking the product I found myself nodding off in front of my TV. I barely made it to bed!.
I’ve suffered from intermittent insomnia for a couple of years now, and part of the problem with some sleep aids is that while they will make you drowsy enough to fall asleep , keeping you asleep is another story entirely. I was also concerned about whether the product would give me a deep sleep (REM sleep) without giving me the nightmares that can occur with some sleep formulas. This product is useless if you have serious sleep issues (i.e. Insomnia). Took two pills and stayed awake the entire night on back to back nights. You’re much better off getting ZzZ-Quil or something similar because this stuff is a joke.
Would love to get a refund on this. Highly disappointed.

I have long struggled with insomnia, and it feels like I’ve tried everything to fix it. Counting sheep, avoiding caffeine listening to ocean soundtracks, getting a good amount of exercise during the day, and so on. Nothing seemed to work permanently.

I bought this product to, try it out, as I have insomnia. I am glad I did, because its a really great product! I was in search of a good natural medication for sleep, as I do not want to get habituated with prescribed drugs. I think this is it for me, I found what I was looking for. Tried some other brands before, but they did not seem to work that well, I had to wait long time, to get to sleep, and sometimes not deep sleep either. This product does what it says, it kicks in quite fast, and you don’t wonder in your bed anymore. I fell asleep very fast, did not wake up in the middle of the night, slept peacefully, till the morning, and woke up refreshed. If you have insomnia or sleeping problems, this product is worth a try, instead of trying placebo like stuff, which has no or zero effects, this is the real deal, and worked for me.
