I ordered these Authentic Shungite and Soapstone Harmonizers. I like crystals and have collected a few to use as decor in my office. While I don’t read into the energy claims on them, I think they’re beautiful and love to find interesting crystals to look at and hold. These harmonizers feels lovely in the hand – they have a heft (they are solid stone) and a wonderful smooth finish. I enjoy reaching for them as a fidget item during seemingly never ending zoom calls. They look high-end sitting on my filing cabinet and feel wonderful.
Overall, I appreciate the appearance and tactile nature of these harmonizers.

I will be completely honest, I have no idea if or how these actually work and I am not going to pretend otherwise. But they are sitting right there on my nightstand just in case there is something to it, because why not.
What I can say with full confidence is that these are genuinely beautiful objects. The craftsmanship is really impressive, they are nicely polished, smooth to the touch and have a really satisfying weight to them that makes them feel like quality pieces worth having around regardless of their intended purpose. They look elegant and interesting displayed on a surface and nobody who sees them can resist picking them up.
The shungite cylinder is a deep, rich black and the soapstone one has a really lovely natural look to it. Together they make a really striking pair that adds a certain character and calm energy to a bedroom, even if only in the aesthetic sense.
The size is generous and the polish is clean with very minimal residue, which was something I was a little concerned about before they arrived. They came well presented and feel like something that was made with care and attention.

There were no instructions included, only photos in the listing showing how to hold them. I researched it and used them as suggested, holding the shungite in one hand and the soapstone in the other during quiet time and meditation. Personally, I did not feel any physical sensations or noticeable effects, and I also tried placing them beside my bed overnight without noticing any change in my sleep.
That doesn’t mean others won’t enjoy them. If you’re into crystals, grounding practices, or simply like having something smooth and weighted to hold during meditation, you may appreciate these more than I did. For me, they functioned more as nicely made stones than as something that produced measurable benefits.

I absolutely love this Shungite and Soapstone harmonizer set. They are beautifully crafted, 4 inch cylinders and they fit perfectly in the hands. The shiny black one is the Shungite and the matte grey one is Soapstone, and together they look beautiful. You can hold the black in the left hand and the grey in the right for the yin and the yang. I use them for meditation and I feel the coolness of the stone and an immediate relaxing, calming, and grounding feeling. I’ve also been leaving them on my nightstand, and it truly feels like they bring clean calmness to the room for relaxation and sleep. I believe they are a high quality, and a perfect tool for balancing. We could all do with a little more natural harmonizers and less screens…

I practice a lot of health and wellness. I am also open to new ways to promote them. These interested me because they are different than the ones I have tried and still use today. This is why I ordered this set.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT
1. I received 2 cylinders of shungite and soapstone. The shungite is the glossy black and the soapstone is the gray matte.
2. I like how weighty these are. They are definitely sturdy. I keep them in a thick cloth bag because I have a glass desk.
3. Both of them are nice and cool depending on the ambient temperature, but the coolness do not last as long as some of my other metals and stones.
4. I follow how it says to use it from one of the wellness sites I like.
5. I basically hold them when doing breathing exercises. I use a small whistle-type one so I do not have to hold it when I am using it. It frees. up my hands for these harmonizers. I think that size of these harmonizers are very good as they are effective in making me feel that I am holding something substantial. These do not adhere to anything. I just hold them.
6. I find them very easy to clean.
7. They relax me, but they are partnered with breathing exercises and other stuff I use when trying to wind down and relax my body and mind.
OVERALL IMPRESSION: I think that these harmonizers as cost-effective and worth their value if you practice breathing exercises or meditations. They feel nice when I am holding them. The coolness relaxes me, though they do not stay cool for long.

Look it up, the claims for the benefits of Shungite stone are many, none of which I can really review or challenge after a few days of having them. And yet, I notice that they do give me a calming effect when I see or hold them. So regardless if this is me psychosomatically impressing myself or the cylinders functioning on lessening negative energy in my space, I value having them in my orbit. I mean this, this is not hyperbole.
This is a set of 2 handcrafted cylinders, one is shungite and one is soapstone, each approx. 4” long. They are a perfect size to feel comfortable in my hand during meditation or just holding them to simply relax, breathe and taking a brief break from work. As the ancient Egyptians and then the ancient Chinese culture practiced this, I read that you hold the shungite cylinder in the left hand as the ‘Yin’ (negative pole) and hold the soapstone cylinder in the right hand as the ‘Yang’ (positive pole). This provides energy to flow between the two poles and balances and regulates the body.
The black shungite is shiny and polished, cool to the touch. The soapstone is also polished but has a more warm, textured feel. Both are beautiful in my opinion, and both have natural stone veins in them, yet these aren’t felt b/c the rounded surfaces are soothingly smooth. You can also just place the cylinders near you. I keep them on alternate sides of my computer desk and also place them near me in my living room. They are my stress-relieving reminders. You decide for yourself, and I accept that every person has an individual preference and feeling about such things. My thought is that it can’t hurt to do this, and why not practice a bit of ancient wisdom in this urban world.
