It works, I took the recommended amount and dropped it under my tongue for a few seconds. Waited about 3 minutes and took ate a watermelon jolly rancher. While it didn’t taste horrible it didn’t taste good. I also tried some coke zero and it tasted weird. Then I tried filter water, it didn’t taste bad but again it tasted weird, but still like water. I would recommend

Did not take away the taste of sugar. The herb flavor lingers in your mouth for a couple of minutes after taking so it makes sweet foods taste less sweet but after a few minutes it’s back to normal. Also it did make me lightheaded a couple of hours after taking it so maybe just be careful before you take it for blood sugar control. If you have high blood sugar then maybe look into this but if you are taking it just to stop your sugar cravings then maybe not.
