Read the fine print. The gemstone they used includes dye which makes it more vibrant. That dye fades. My ring was perfect and a vibrant emerald green when I received it, but only 8 months later and it has faded to a light almost white color. I messaged the sellers and since I didn’t buy a warranty and the ring is outside the 30 day return window, they won’t help. For the price, I was fine with lab simulation, but I didn’t expect it to fade from emerald to a cloudy whitish jade within the first year. Better off getting a plastic emerald gem at Walmart than a white rock painted to look green.

Quality of the emerald is extremely poor, even worse than depicted. The stone is completely opaque, severely included, and has no luster. Finishing is good. Overall craftsmanship is good. Packaging and delivery are very good. If I’d had more time, I’d have bought this from eBay for $40, vice Amazon for $80. This is the second emerald jewelry piece I’ve purchased from this manufacturer/vendor. The other had even worse stones than this one.

It’s a pretty ring. Stylish, modern, simple. The stone is a deep emerald color and looks like a natural stone. To me it feels close to a deep green jade. I like it and for the price it’s lovely.

I know this ring has had mixed reviews but let’s be honest about the quality of the stone, what did you think you were getting for this cost? I love this ring and the fact that the stone is horizontal as well as cloudy! I wear it all the time
