I ordered two pieces of ocean Jasper on the same day from two different companies. This RockCloud was $5 more but both companies had good reviews. The piece from this company is both larger and more colorful, where the other one looks very plain and disappointing. This is the second stone that I have purchased from RockCloud and I would order from this company again.

While it’s certain, unless the description says so, the photo is not
the stone we getting. Not a “palm stone” Not a stone of fairly
regular shape. Seen these little rocks called ‘pebbles’.
……….Thought it would at least be red jasper, as shown., I received
a coffee colored pebble with cream like swirls. 53x46x37cm, weighs
in at 4.6 oz, that’s a large pebble. Fat and flat enough on one side
to be stood on edge. The object is nicely rounded and polished,
however it looks more like a fossil kidney than any jasper. It is
interesting, that’s it. Will be forgotten in a drawer, not on display.

The polished stone is a wonderful size and shape; perfect for holding in one hand and fiddling with. The only downside is that I ordered orange, expecting there to be some orange in the stone and there is none. It’s brown with cream and darker brown accents. There is a touch of gold that could be considered slightly orange-y in the perfect lighting, but honestly just looks tan. I likely would not purchase from this seller again because it does not look like jasper at all and there is no orange. However, if you aren’t picky and are willing to settle for whatever random rock they send you, go for it!

Beautiful stones that are a great size, but don’t expect to look exactly like the picture. I ordered an orange/brown one, and it was very brown.

This rock was not the reddish color shown. It was more brown, tarnish. Originally bought for the reddish color. I did not realize it would be that different.

Knowing that each stone is different I was excited to see what my colored stone would look like. WOW! All I can say is that I feel this rock chose me! It’s the perfect shape for holding in my hand. It’s an exquisite composite of colors. I want to buy more now that I know how stunning these stones are. They’ll make perfect gifts for stone lovers.
