I feel so much better. My iron levels are up. I will say, I do have acid reflux and these do tend to have a fishy taste when I have flare up’s. It’s usually every day. Overall, I don’t mind because I feel considerably healthier overall. I have more energy and my skin is looking much healthier and plump as well.

I have been taking the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ for several months now and it has completely changed my perspective on what a daily supplement should be. The first thing I noticed was the commitment to ingredient transparency. Knowing exactly where each nutrient is sourced gives me incredible peace of mind and it is clear that this brand prioritizes high-quality, traceable components over cheap fillers.
The design of the capsule itself is quite innovative. The delayed-release technology ensures that I never experience the typical stomach upset or nausea that I have felt with other multivitamins in the past. It is also a major benefit to have the Omega 3 DHA included in a vegan form within the same capsule, which simplifies my morning routine significantly by reducing the number of different bottles I need to keep on hand.
The inclusion of the mint tab in the bottle is a small but brilliant touch. It makes the experience of taking vitamins actually pleasant rather than a chore, as there is no fishy aftertaste often associated with DHA. Beyond the sensory experience, the fact that these are USP Verified is a huge selling point for me because it confirms that the potency and purity meet strict independent standards.
I feel confident that I am supporting my immune system and overall health with a product that aligns with my dietary choices. These capsules are easy to swallow, gentle on my system, and backed by genuine science. For anyone looking for a premium, clean, and effective multivitamin, I cannot recommend these highly enough.

The effects were pretty good and I didn’t notice anything negative the first few days I took it. I’m not sure if it became different after exposure to light or if I just had a heavy meal those days that coincidentally covered it up.
Either way, I can’t take these anymore and have to throw out the bottle. I gave 5 stars hoping to bump the review to the top. It’s nice for energy and focus. Not easy to digest.
The smell and flavor I get from the burps it causes (normally I’m not gassy that way) – they make me almost vomit each time.
I like the way the bottle looks, which is why I bought it. The pleasant look makes me want to take my vitamins.
I should’ve just searched for empty digestible pink glitter capsules and purchased a vitamin powder if I wanted to go for only hype.
Absolutely disgusting, not worth the price for the effects if that part doesn’t bother you.
The person who said this is a creative pill said it best.

I’ve been taking these for about seven months now and I really enjoy them! I was having brain fog for a while and started looking into multivitamins, and this is the one I landed on. I love that the label has a clear breakdown of what you’re getting from this product. I’ve been vegan for ten years and it’s nice to have a vitamin that doesn’t exclude ingredients that are typically sourced from animals, but derives them from non-animal sources. The mint coating does feel strange and cooling when swallowed, but it doesn’t linger. As for the fish everyone else is referring to, I’m confused, because these are vegan and therefore do not contain fish oil or any fish byproducts. If they did, I would have had an allergic reaction by now. Can’t attest to the gassiness either, have not experienced that. Not to say it’s not happening, but it’s not a universal experience. Someone said they don’t contain magnesium, also incorrect. The label says they do.
Anyways, my energy is great and so are my blood tests as of January, so I’m continuing with them.

These vitamins are very well formulated and have the highest score I’ve ever seen on SuppCo. They didn’t cause me any nausea or moodiness, which are persistent issues for me with multivitamins. Unfortunately, the incessant disgusting burps mentioned by other reviews are REAL. They’re so unbelievably gross. I have been taking fish oil for years, so I thought my system would tolerate these better, but nope. I am going to drop to 1 per day instead of 2 and see if I acclimate over time, but if not, I will discontinue these as a result of the horrible death burps

I really love these multivitamins and I feel an absorbed probably better than ones I’ve had in the past. My one and only complaint is that it is peppermint inside and you can definitely feel that in your stomach a little bit as a cooling sensation. You will also definitely still get like LG or fish burps. And it lasts for a lot of hours, but I am told that this type of vitamin absorbs a much better than a powder based vitamin. So I will keep using it. They are smooth to swallow. I do appreciate the minty taste to mask the fishy fish oil part. But that will creep back up on you later.

10/10 vitamins but they are cheaper on the website. They tastes really good and minty, but I do occasionally get a fishy burp or two afterwards.

I’ve only been taking these for a week but I’m not having any issues with burping or having a bad after taste at all. I got the “mint” ones not sure if that makes a difference I take them in the morning with breakfast. They are easy to swallow and have had no digestive issues. Also love the transparency of the quality of the ingredients in this vitamin which is hard to find and validate. At least I know what I’m taking !

This high-quality daily vegan supplement provides all essential nutrients needed each day. Taking two pills with warm water ensures easy digestion. It has proven 100% effective, shown by the significant improvement in my blood test results.

I’ve been using the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the results. As someone who’s always struggled to find a multivitamin that suits my lifestyle, this one has exceeded my expectations. Here’s a detailed review of my experience:
Design & Packaging:
First off, I love the design and packaging of Ritual Multivitamin. The bottle has a sleek, modern look, and the capsules are easy to swallow thanks to their smooth coating. I really appreciate that they are clearly labeled with the ingredients, making it easy to see exactly what I’m taking. The bottle itself is also well-sealed, ensuring freshness and keeping everything secure. The minimalist design is refreshing, and it looks great on my counter.
Quality of Ingredients:
The ingredients in the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ are top-tier. Ritual prides itself on transparency, and I really appreciate that. The vitamins and minerals included are all high-quality and carefully sourced. The blend contains essential nutrients like vitamin D, folate, omega-3s from algae oil, magnesium, and iron—all of which I personally need in my daily routine. I love that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and free from artificial fillers, which is a big plus for me.
Digestibility & Taste:
One of my biggest concerns with multivitamins has always been digestive issues or aftertaste, but Ritual Multivitamin has been a pleasant surprise. The capsules don’t upset my stomach, and I haven’t experienced any unpleasant aftertaste. Plus, the minty coating is a nice touch—it leaves a fresh taste in my mouth, which is a unique and thoughtful feature compared to other vitamins I’ve tried in the past.
Effectiveness:
After using the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ for a few months, I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. I feel more balanced and less fatigued throughout the day. My skin also seems a little clearer, which I attribute to the combination of vitamins and minerals in these capsules. I’ve always struggled with getting enough of certain nutrients from my diet, and this multivitamin helps fill the gaps. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m getting the essential nutrients I need on a daily basis.
Value for Money:
While Ritual’s multivitamins are slightly pricier than some other brands on the market, I believe they’re worth the investment. The quality of ingredients, the transparency about sourcing, and the overall effectiveness make it a great value for someone like me who values high-quality supplements. Plus, with a subscription option, it’s convenient to have them delivered directly to my door every month, ensuring I never run out.
