I found this book to be fascinating and want to learn more. I plan to read it again and again until I can soak up all its information. It is quite detailed in explanation as a practical guide for beginners. But it is up to you where you take this information and go forward with this theory and heal mind, body and soul.
It lists basic step-by-step instructions to follow for 100+ remedies. It gives the history of Reiki from the first instructor and how and where it began.

Cool book, but it talks a lot about getting a reiki teacher. I haven’t gotten through the whole book yet, but a lot of what I have read so far is I would need to be taught how to do reiki from a teacher. I thought the book would be that teacher. Totally new to this 😂 book came in great shape!

This book could be used as handbook for those who are beginning in reiki. The material is well based in the reiki basics and give you a guide from start to end of how to do reiki for yourself and others as well to how to do reiki to common illness. Highly recommended.

So far so good ! Almost want to chalk it up to coincidence bc this world is so new to me but I’ve been told I am a Healer and to look into Reiki, now I am more of a tarot reader and wasn’t initially attracted to reiki but decided to learn for myself and my daughter given she’s healed me with just the touch of her hand to my tooth ache! So ive been determined and they really jump right into it although I know there’s levels and I’m by far far from level 3 reiki but either way I’m 💯 % grateful I was able to purchase this as ive been studying metaphysics, new age, spirituality for a decade on and off and using crystal and chakra healing and even astrology and only recently realized I’m missing a huge piece of the puzzle ,Reiki, with all the books I have I’m shocked there is little to no info or even much talk or push towards reiki in my other books. 10 yrs ago there was nothing about Egyptians in new age books now its everywhere! lol. My. My my. 😄

In the book, it says you must be attuned by a Reiki Master in order to channel Reiki energy. But, I have been taught by my Reiki Master that ANYONE can do Reiki. Being attuned increases and directs the Reiki energy, but even a muggle can perform it with the intention of helping themselves or others.
