I think it is better to have a smaller braclet than larger one if your wrist is on the cusp between sizes. I am a very skeptical person and want to see results.
I felt a difference within minutes of putting it on my right wrist. Somewhere I read that the balls should be at least a 1/2″ apart on my wrist they are barely 1/2″ apart and it stays on but is probably looser than it should be or I would like.

Purchased this bracelet for my husband as I feel like the one I have of another style is actually DOING something for me. Time will tell for him. This gun metal bracelet does look very nice for a man. If he notices anything I will write another review and give it 5 stars.
After wearing the bracelet on his right wrist my husband says he doesn`t even feel it. He has a job which has him on his feet all day long and quite often doing heavy work and repetitive work which is hard on a 56 year old man. He knows how his body fares after these types of days. He said he feels more `fluid`and in less pain than before. He is not painfree but is DEFINITELY feeling better because of the bracelet. There is no other explanation. THAT is a solid testimonial.
