I know turmeric is sometimes touted as a painkiller, but it isn’t actually an analgesic. It IS an anti-inflammatory, which for a lot of people serves the same purpose. I’ve taken it before but let it slide a few years ago, then decided to give it another try.
I’d forgotten how much turmeric helps with joint issues. It’s meant I’m a safer driver because turning my head is easier. It means when I wake up in the morning, while I’m still in some pain, it’s manageable enough I can get out of bed and walk around right away and without help. It means sounder sleep because while I do have pain, it’s consistently at a lower threshold. It also reduced the swelling in my hands enough I can wear my heirloom ring again.
Turmeric doesn’t leave you impaired or drowsy, meaning it’s safe to take when driving or working.

Item well packed and reached SG in less than a week time via prime delivery service. price is attractive. Recently I had 2 colorectal polyps removed. One of it(2cm size) is diagnosed as high risk adenoma which doctor highly advised me to go for a follow up scopy/ take up a more advanced technique in one month time later to ensure that it has been completely removed. But due to financial issue I opt for a more conservative way. So I hope this turmeric (and green tea) extract can in some way help me to treat and prevent further polyps…

I take this daily capsule to help lower my cholesterol and bilirubin. I did not experience an upset stomach. I like that the serving size is just one capsule. The expiration date over a year away. The brand is also reputable.

First off this is not any medical advice and i am not a professional.
I can only relay my reasoning on what and how I did taking this stuff.
I have a whole host of medical problems, i am not 2 blood thinners etc.
On my research the tumeric 500 to 1000mg can affect INR readings.
I spoke with my nurse qt my heart doctor office and suggested starting with 500 mg.
Most people that have there INR tested it’s like once month.
I have a home a home INR kit and test at least once a week.
In my case with all my meds and in my case it had no significant affect on my INR and I have been taking this for a few months it has helped me taking this and has not affected my INR.
Please talk to your doctor first, please I am only giving my results for me.
For the product it well worth the money for how much you get vs a store and the manufacturer is well known and not a fly by night.
