I RECIEVED THIS ITEM LAST JULY 8 BUT I OPENED JUST TODAY, and I was shocked and disappointed with the smell and its appearance, the gel has 2 colors orange and read stickied and it smell like it’s rotten. I want a refund!

bought Puritan’s Pride Coenzyme CoQ10 100mg mainly as a morning supplement for energy, and it seems to help overall. I’m also hoping it will provide longer-term support for heart health and healthy aging.

Update Feb 8 2024: If I take these with even a few bites of the recommended type food I get little or no cramps. For instance I use bow-tie pasta/checken mix from the supermarket deli.
I used to use Qunol’s Horse-Pill sized Ubiquonol and switched to these Purtan’s Pride Ubiqunone to avoid the occassional pill stuck in the throat. They really are small and easy to get down, but I do get more cramps with these as I did with the prior small pill version I tired, Doctor’s Best. Since Putitan’s Pride does make a Ubiquonol version (higher priced but hopefully also smaller size pill) I will try that next to see if there really is a difference. I ony take 10mg Atorvastatin and my cardiologists stay at 100mg. He also said that it makes no difference whether I use Ubiquonol or Ubquinon. If you try these and they work for you plan ypour purchases so they are not shipping in hot weather months. Many reviewers say they arrive stuck together and I can see why.

This is a good supplement. While using it my skin was clearer, brighter and youthful. I bought them to aid in my overall health while I was off my antipsychotics for a little while and it helped me maintain good energy levels. There were no side effects or stomach upset. The soft gels are small and easy to take. I’m definitely reordering.
