The one fact that I wanted to tell people is that I had a very strong garlic burp and acid reaction to this supplement. Unpleasant but not totally intolerable. As far as effectiveness, I don’t know. Most of these supplements that I take I take with research into them having longevity type benefits, so it’s not like I can tell right away. In fact, I can only think of two supplements offhand that I have taken over the years that I can very clearly tell we’re doing exactly what they should. One is Doctor Emil’s Arginine plus and the other is Neuro ignite.

My husband has been on prescription medication‘s before and it had so many side effects, including during the summer with severe muscle cramps and fatigue. I am NOT a fan of taking pharma medicines, unless it is the ONLY possible solution. This supplement is everything is says it is! I have never given a product 5 stars, so is as high as I go. After 1 month my blood pressure dropped 20 points, without any other changes.

Below is my original review and everything we accurate. Unfortunately, in the last 6 weeks I’ve seen my BP hover in the 150/100 range. Even doubling the dosage has not had any positive effects. As of today, I’ve gone back on my prescribed meds. This stuff did work for about 3 months until it started rising again. There has not been any weight gain and my diet is basically the same as when i started this supplement. I’m going to finish the bottle out, and probably not purchase it again. It worked for a while but not anyone. I hope y’all have better long term results.
I stopped taking my prescribed BP medicine for 2 weeks before trying this. With the prescription my readings were in the low 120/70’s most of the time. After seeing an initial spike up to 140/90ish, I started seeing results. I’m on my 3rd week, and i’m starting to see some good readings in the low to mid 120/80’s. It varies and i test 3 to 4 times a day with my home monitor. I know 80 isn’t a great number, but i was in the mid 90’s for about 10 days. The only other thing i’m doing is taking super beats WMT brand to supposedly help in circulation. I’d like to see some 70’s readings but i’m pretty happy so far. Maybe this is common but i always get bad readings in the morning; high 130’s over low to mid 90s. After I get going and take this supplement, my readings are much lower 3 hours later. I’ll continue to track my results but so far I’m very pleased. I’m not a fake review and you can tell by my history of products. I’ll try and update my review in another 30 days to see if anything better or worse has changed.
Update.. While my BP fluctuates, I’m routinely getting 125/80 test. I’ve even gotten multiple 120/70 . I continue to take it twice a day along with my beets drink and I’m very pleased.

My doctor told me that if I didn’t get my blood pressure down, he would need me to go on prescribed medication. I knew that one of the problems was my recent love affair with Pepsi and Snickers bars. I needed to get OFF caffeine and lose some weight for sure. I was admitted to the ER with high blood pressure measuring 217/126. It was time to GET SERIOUS about this. I saw this product on line at Amazon.com; Premium Blood Pressure Support Supplement, and decided to order it. My PRIME account got it here right away. After checking with my doctor, I started taking it and then went grocery shopping; READING LABELS for LOW or NO Sodium foods. (Which was VERY difficult to find). I cut my sodium intake to UNDER 2300 mg per day which is the recommended amount. I exercise on my treadmill for 15 minutes of walking every morning. I cut out caffeine. I am taking the Premium Blood Pressure Support Supplement. My blood pressure is now 126/84. I KNOW that the supplement is what is playing a HUGE part in the DRASTIC change in my blood pressure and am so thankful for this wonderful product. It is worth the time to change a few things and be consistent. The product will help you get back on target.
Real Thing –
I take prescriptions for HBP. My cardiologist tells me that I am halfway between low dose and high dose, so keeping from needing higher dose Rxs is important to me. I also have per-diabetes. I have tried several non-RX products, and all assist on the margin, but I have not found a home run either. Recently I tried a tea containing Hawthorn which was better than most products I have tried. Preparing the tea is more complicated than popping a pill, and it is not particularly good tasting. I found this product containing Hawthorn and decided to give it a try. I take one pill a day. I can recommend it as it does seem to be of some effectiveness on the margin, but it is no substitute for my Rxs. It is reasonably priced compared to other products, including the tea. I don’t know what the ingredients besides the Hawthorn do, but in my opinion these are little more than fillers. Incidentally, I do have particular problems lowering the Systolic BP (many people do), and Rxs and supplements are less effective on lowering the Systolic BP. I started taking a low dose of beberine for my pre-diabletes, and it seems to also help slightly in controlling my systolic BP as well.
