This cleanse is AMAZING!!! It absolutely works. I have only been using it a few days but it has worked every single day when most I have tried stop working as well after the first 2 days. If you are used to cleanses, you know what to expect with this. For those who have never really done a cleanse before – read below before buying.
This is a colon cleanse. Yes, you will have what feels like a million BM’s during the week. You might even wonder how in the world you are still able to go when you really truly believed you pooped your whole intestinal tract out the day before. That is EXACTLY what this is trying to do so PLEASE don’t freak out. I work a full time desk job and I have to go ask for a bathroom break. I haven’t gone so many times that it has alarmed anyone so unless you haven’t gone in a while, you should be okay. It can range from watery diarrhea to solid, depending how long the waste was inside of you. If you want this to be effective, eat healthy and eat the recommended serving of fiber each day (since it is cleaning everything out, why would you put bad things back in?). In addition, drink plenty of water! You will lose a lot of water due to the loose bm’s – a few extra cups a day will make a huge difference. Last, but not least, always listen to your body. If you are having persistent diarrhea (not loose stool – actual watery diarrhea) more than just a few times during the week, cut back on the amount you take or make sure you are actually eating the right amount of fiber (which will help to solidify the stool).
If you have used colon cleanses, then you know what to expect. This one is incredible and really gives you a deep clean. You will enjoy it.

I’ve done different cleanses, and this one works but it gave me terrible cramps on day 5. I didn’t continue day 6 or 7. I couldn’t stand the cramps were so strong. So it does work.

I bought this for a cleanse since I’ve been gaining weight and my husband been having some bad gut problems and all the reviews said that it made u go and this that and the other we r goin on day 4 and we have taken the pills like the instructions said and yeah day one felt little kick off but other than gas here and there maybe it hasn’t done anything like i was expecting cuz it says morning you’ll be in bathroom for at least 20 minutes to clean out well nothing I’ve had no bm in the last day until time to take another one so now it hit my husband yesterday in the late afternoon and we take it at night with water cuz thats mostly what we drink is water so…. for the time being I DO NOT RECOMENED THIS ONE GET SOMEHITNG THATS REALLY GONNA WORK… I will update at end of week we have 5 more days I will update this when we are done… and I actually will unlike a lot of reviews I read (I just got it in ill update in few days) and they never do…. if it starts working like exspeced I will give more stars
I took a start away if i could I’d take all stars… this isnt worth ur money or the time… all it does is cause gas… me and my husband finished the bottle and we did like it said take it at night but the problem is when and if it gave u bowle movements it wasn’t till like noon or later the next day… and it was horrible I do get gas and 90% of the time it doesn’t stink… my husband well he is a man so 90% of his stink no matter what… but this had my gas smelling so bad my animals ran out of room yes… I guess the pill deserves 1 star cuz it was funny to see my husband gag over mine for once lol oh boy it was funny Fowle but funny… so unless u want the gas and ur body definitely not cleaned out go for it but I wouldnt recommend this to any one ever worse money I’ve ever spent…. on Amazon… dont waste your time money or nose function… thank you for reading and may God bless you and have a bless day.

These cleansing pills really work but they can be a little TOO effective depending upon your metabolism. Here’s why…
I’ve noticed that the directions on the product page are different than what’s on the actual package. According to the package instructions, on Days 1 through 3, you take one pill at night. Days 4 and 5 you take two a night. Days 6 and 7 you take three pills.
Here is the effect they had on me when I followed the package instructions. Days 1-3: I had a full, solid bowel movement the next mornings that left me feeling well. Days 4-5: I often had two large movements, usually about 5-6 hours apart. Days 6-7: It was like drinking a full bottle of milk of magnesia. I had roughly 4-5 movements on those following days. And sometimes I had a movement if I breathed wrong. It was too much.
They worked. I did lose roughly 10 pounds after that week whenever I used them. But those high doses near the end of the week left me drained.
The best thing to do is keep the dosage to 1 pill a night if you want a good single movement. Maybe up it to 2 pills on the weekend if you know you’re going to stay home. You’ll still lose the weight but at least you won’t be overdoing it.

It does what it says it does but don’t expect miracles. BMs were consistent but not to the point where I needed to be near a bathroom while on it. It tells you to gradually up your dosage, so I did. When I was taking one a day, it made no difference at all. When I took two a day, BMs became more frequent but nothing out of the ordinary. When I took three a day, this is when it became what I thought it’d be on day one. It still took a little to get things going but after an hour or so, I needed a bathroom. I had maybe three BMs within a few hours. It started off solid but then turned to the inevitable mush, then liquid. I did experience cramps but nothing unbearable and it went away as soon as I used the bathroom. I finally stopped taking them (it’s been a week) and I’m not eating as much as I did when I started this. It definitely helps with appetite control. I want to keep going but the bottle says rest after a week so I’m going to. But I’m definitely going to finish this bottle and probably buy another when it’s done.

Very effective! This definitely works before the 7th day! It actually started working on day 1. By day 3 everything was coming out. It wasn’t a horrible feeling, but I’m glad I was at home. It feels like a bad cramp that’s lasts for a few seconds. It somewhat curves your appetite as well. I would recommend. The next go round. I’ll try and go for longer than 3 days.

First of all not sure how 15 pills per detox equals 42 pills according to the bottle.
That being said I just finished my first entire bottle. It worked well for me each time. I did follow the instructions completely the first time but I found that 2 capsules is my preferred method. The last time was the most effective for me. A week of overeating during which I gained almost 4 lbs. Feeling bloated and stuffed I had to do something to get rid of that uncomfortable feeling. I do drink a lot of water which I think helps. I also incorporated more liquid into my diet, soups, broths and green drinks. I am fairly active in the gym, walking and biking and eat fairly healthy. But needed to add this to get me over that extra weight hump. I was able to lose the excess weight that I gained. Feeling like myself again.
I am fairly regular with my bathroom trips but this made my routine a bit more active, between 2 and 3 daily. I didn’t have to be near a bathroom for the day like some people have said. Sorry if that is too much information.
For me I didn’t have cramps, except for once when I did take 3 capsules but yes I was a bit more gassy. Once I figured out that 2 capsules worked best for me I stayed there. My movements were comfortable.
There was no taste or unpleasant odor.
June and July are active celebration times for me which of course is centered around food. So I will definitely be using this again.
Results are not overnight but by being consistent I saw a difference.

Worlds good. A little cramping but as soon as you use the restroom it goes away. Best to take around 5 with dinner if you take it too late the next morning will not be regular.

i used for 7 days while i was working , its like 1 tablet 2 days and 2 tablets 2 days and so on..
At first it was normal but When it got to the 3 tablets a day i was frequently using the loo so just make sure you are prepared for it
Overall it did what it is supposed to do
