Item size was listed as 9 inches on the store page but are CLEARLY much smaller. An argument made be made that these are elastic – that is true the exposed monofilament line is unattractive and a risk for abrasion. Clicked on product support which is “not available for this product” and leads back to Amazon. Yes this product is cheap at 8.99 + tax if they delivered an item as represented – that did not happen in this case. My opinion this is absolute misrepresentation. All that is left is weighing the trouble of returning against finding someone to which gift these…..
