I bought this in Feb/26. It worked wonderfully. I charged it once and it continued to work wonderfully. I just tried to charge it again and it won’t work. I can’t charge it!! The pamphlet says to email the company and they will respond within 24 hrs. They don’t provide their email address!!! I went on line, hoping to find their website, but I couldn’t find one. So, now I have a $95 item that was great for 3 months and no longer works!!
If someone from the company sees this, I hope they will contact Amazon for my contact info. 😡😡
UPDATE: The company contacted me and sent me a new meditation bowl. It arrived and charged. I am super impressed with their customer service. There was no hassle at all. The only little glitch was that it had to be delivered to a US address and I’m in Canada. However, I have a contact in the US, so this wasn’t an issue for me. Thank you for your speedy response and replacement.

It’s a great machine for personal use only. If you want to use it for group meditations, it falls short because, when in manual mode, when you lift your finger off the machine, the sound stops abruptly. It’s not perceived as natural. If the sound seamlessly decayed when transitioning from one sound to the next, I would have kept it.

I like this device. It’s rechargeable, portable, and you can plug it in. It has many different modes, but
it DOES NOT list the actual frequency that is playing through each one anywhere in the booklet that I
can find. For example: Delta Waves (0.5–4 Hz): These are the slowest brainwaves and are essential for deep, restorative, dreamless sleep. Which mode is actually emitting these frequencies? So that’s the information
that should be in the booklet. I would not buy this again. I has some pretty sounds. I looks nice. I still feel
like my Amazon Music and Alexa provide more. I can just say Alexa, play my playlist sleep which I have loaded with
sleep frequency sounds.

I’ve been using this electric Tibetan singing bowl regularly for the past eight weeks, and I’ve been extremely pleased with it. It’s easy to use, thoughtfully designed, and produces rich, soothing tones.
It offers eight different sound options with sonic vibration, and each tone has a full, resonant quality. I mostly use the automatic mode, but it also has a manual mode that lets you run your finger around the top to create the sound, similar to a traditional singing bowl. It’s a nice feature that makes the experience feel more authentic.
The battery life has been excellent. I consistently get about 7–8 hours of use on a single charge, and recharging is simple. The volume is adjustable, and selecting different tones is quick and straightforward.
The bowl itself is attractive and feels very well made. It also comes with a sturdy, high-quality carrying case that protects it well and makes it easy to take with you.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a mode that automatically rotates through the different tones at random. I think that would make relaxation and meditation sessions even more enjoyable.
Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase. If you’re looking for a high-quality electronic singing bowl that’s portable, easy to use, and produces beautiful sound, I highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful product. I’ve been meditating using singing bowls for years, and this is as close to a replacement as you could get. It does great standing in for several bowls, which makes it easy to structure more complex, varying meditations where you would need several bowls. Sound is great. Appearance is beautiful. It is very easy to use.
The one thing I think could be a great improvement is to have a button or function for each frequency so that you wouldn’t necessarily have to go in ascending order, but could jump from one to another in any order you preferred.
Overall, I highly recommend this for both beginners and experienced meditators.
It is even great just for ambient sound.

This is very nice and easy to use. It’s a small size so you can bring it anywhere. It is rechargeable and comes with a charging cable (you need a block or charger). It has 8 Frequnecies to choose from. They are 369Hz, 417Hz, 432Hz, 528Hz, 639Hz, 741Hz, 852Hz, and 963Hz. The power and Volume Buttons or on the bottom. Also on the bottom are a timer that goes from 15 to60 Minutes. And it has another button labeled as M, which is to switch from Manual to Auto. Auto mood plays the Frequency when you press the Botton and press to change to another frequency on the top in the Middle. In the Manual Botton you softly rotate the top and it selects the frequency. The Devise should very good, the tones ad bells sound like the real thing. I love it, the small size the great sound and the ease of use, I can highly recommend.
