I’d been taking Tumeric for arthritis inflammation. The first bottle of supplement I got was very very good. I bought it from a brick and mortar, and the sales person was well informed and helpful. Of course, once I knew what I was looking for I figured I could save some money buying on line. The second bottle of supplement I bought on-line only to discover I’d been totally duped. What two tablets of planetary herbals provides wasn’t in ten of the offending other supplement. Read the backs of these bottles very carefully. Look for curcumin and bioprene in a supplement.
This particular supplement also includes ginger. I find this version has the best effect. Instructions say to take two tablets daily. I was getting relief with only half that much. The price is reasonably enough that I stopped looking for other providers

I bought this on recommendation from a friend. I have radiculopathy from missing discs in my lower back. Often, besides the pain, a knee will swell. I was taking Anacin and Bayer Back and Body for the inflammation. They helped, but I did not wish to rely too much on them. I started taking the Inflama-care and was surprised to find it works just as well for me, and just as fast. I took it twice a day for four days to make certain the inflammation did not come back, then I reduced it to two a day in the morning. Now I am taking it only when my legs are in pain from extra exercise. The pills are large, but if taken properly with plenty of water, they are no problem to swallow.

I already take Planetary Herbals’ Stone Free, Andrographis, and occasionally, Milk Thistle, so when I started researching a natural alternative to ibuprofen, I was thrilled to find Inflama-Care. I had high hopes for it, as I’ve had great success with the others. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any difference in my joint pain as I’d hoped.
However, I do have some major digestive problems. Pretty much everything I eat makes me bloated and downright miserable in a variety of ways. I’ve tried enzymes, probiotics, yogurt, you name it, with very few results.
After about a week of taking Inflama-Care though, I noticed something unexpected and amazing – I was beginning to be able to eat without looking and feeling like a decomposing, beached whale. (And no, I’m not overweight to begin with.) I continue to take my probiotic, and the occasional dose of Pepto Bismol, but Inflama-Care has lessened my digestive issues significantly.
A note to anyone thinking of signing up for Subscribe and Save: Make sure you have at least a three week supply before doing so. I signed up on May 27th, having about a week’s worth of pills, and only received a shipping notice June 2nd, with a projected delivery of June 7th – 12th.
