This product arrives well sealed, in not only a bottle but also a box. The preparation I received was fresh and several years before the expiration date. The product is compressed tablets, the way a Ayuverdic preparation should be. These tablets are easy to use and without unpleasant flavor or aroma.

I’d never heard of Kanchnar Guggulu before but I’ve been reading more about how it might support things like detox and lymphatic health. I don’t have any major health issues but I do tend to feel a bit sluggish sometimes especially with bloating, water retention, and just that general “off” feeling that comes and goes as I’ve gotten older. This seemed like a gentle, natural option to try. I’ve been taking two tablets twice a day as recommended and I’ve stuck with it for about three weeks now. The tablets are herbal and have a strong earthy smell which I expected with this supplement but they go down fine with a full glass of water. No aftertaste or stomach upset which is always a plus in my book. What I’ve noticed is a subtle but steady improvement in how I feel overall. Less puffiness in my face and hands in the morning and my digestion seems a little more regular. I also just feel lighter if that makes sense. Not in a weight-loss way exactly, but more like my body is running a little more smoothly. That’s really all I was hoping for. I like that it’s vegetarian, certified, and feels like a cleaner option compared to some of the more synthetic “detox” supplements out there. It’s a small step, but one that seems to be helping. I’ll definitely finish the bottle and may keep it in my rotation moving forward.

I like the assortment of organic ingredients included in this supplement. It includes an impressive array of ayurvedic choices such as cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, bagels, long pepper, and amla. One thing I don’t really like about the supplement is that these ingredients are included in a proprietary blend, which masks the individual amounts of each ingredient. I also don’t like that the ingredients include talc, but since it is a supplement, I’m assuming that there are minimal amounts. Even though I’m not the biggest fan of tablets, I did find that the tablets were a manageable size and were easy to swallow. I didn’t experience too much aftertaste with them either. I’m glad to see that the supplement is kosher certified and GMP certified as well. Being GMP certified, the supplement has followed rigorous standards to ensure that the quality is on point. The bottle comes with 60 servings total and each serving is two tablets. I think that makes this a fair value as the supplement should last two months making that $15 per month. The supplement came professionally packaged and had a tight seal around the top to ensure freshness. The tablets were in good condition and hadn’t broken apart in the bottle and the number of tablets seemed accurate. These were gentle on my stomach for the entire month that I’ve been taking them and I didn’t have any adverse effects. I received them in the summer of 2025 and they expire and 2027.

Honestly I have never heard of Kanchnar Guggulu and had to look it up it checked all the right boxes for me. I was primarily wanting something to detox my lymphatic system. But this suppliment has so many other great benefits. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks now and it seems to be doing a good job. I love that it is all natural ingredients and even though they have a herbal smell to them they are small and easy to swallow so you do not even really taste them. Easy to follow directions and a good value for the cost of them.

I’m a big fan of Ayurvedic practices and supplements. I love that this blend has all-natural ingredients and is easy to take, with the only downside being that you can taste it if you burp. The effectiveness is great with fairly immediate detoxing that you feel, and a reduction in inflamed joints. It also helps keep your skin clear and helps reduce fluid retention in your body. Overall, great value for the price!

I’ve been taking these for a couple of weeks and I do feel they are cleansing me. I feel my body is receiving healthy greens, is the sort of feeling, that are making me more conscious and less heavy feeling. It can sometimes make me feel a bit like I need a rest at first as my body releases the toxins but at the same time I feel healthier and like I’m being looked after. Once this feeling has passed I feel more energy, optimistic and motivated from these tablets.
I’ve noticed less bloating and water retention, and more inner strength from taking these. I feel really lucky to take them as I can tell they’re doing me a lot of good and have a few ingredients in I wouldn’t normally be taking and never heard of before. There’s a few things I have heard of thats in it such as ginger and black pepper so I take them in the morning as they might be the sort of ingredients that could keep me awake at night.
They come as tablet form and smell nice to me like a health store that has lots of natural dried herbs in.
I think for 120 tablets and the good thats gone into them they are a fair deal on price. They come with a safety cap so it has to be pushed down to open as long as you screw it on properly after.
