All I have to say at this point is: WOW. This has been a lifesaver for me.
I won’t go into all of the health issues I deal with, but one thing this product has definitely helped with is improving the regularity of my bowel movements.
One important thing to mention: take it with food. My husband and I initially started taking it on an empty stomach, and we both experienced uncomfortable cramping throughout the day. Once we began taking it with meals, that issue completely resolved, and we haven’t had any stomach discomfort since.
The capsules are easy to swallow. The powder is contained in a clear capsule, and there is no unpleasant taste.
Since taking these, I have been having regular bowel movements—sometimes even two in one day—which, for me, is breaking records! Based on my experience so far, I am very pleased with the results.

This stuff works! It took my body about 3 weeks to get good consistent results. Mind you, I wasn’t going but 1 or maybe 2 times a week with a lot of effort or laxative. Now I get daily nice poops. Not loose, not all hard and painful- Just right! I take mine am and pm instead of both at same time. I will be buying this again and again. Funny how when you are 60+ poop is very important😊
