Excellent product. We really like the taste and texture of the diced ginger. It has some fiber, but not too much. If we have an upset stomach, one or two pieces work like the best medicine.

PROS…Taste..yummy,strong,and not stringy. Great size to put in your handbag. This is what Ginger should taste like. Packaging for the Ginger perfect Worth the money.
CONS….Very hard you could break a tooth. I had to suck on it untill it soften up.

I have a recipe that calls for candied ginger and always try to use organic…lately I was not able to find a good source. When I discovered this product on Amazon I ordered hoping it was what I was looking for… I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it… the best I have found in years.. please keep it coming … can’t recommend it enough
