A very detailed book that explains the how’s, why’s, and what’s of channeling. It is the type of book to take your time on so that you can understand where you are in and where you hope to be. I consider myself a claircognizant and was guided to this book to get a better understanding of channeling. it’s taking me a while to read but I am enjoying it and glad I made the investment. I was told by a psychic that I am a channeler and after thinking about my life for a while, I realized she was correct and bought this book on her recommendation. it is an old one but I feel like it has very good exercises in it and stories as well to help open to channeling. I’m happy with the content of this book but it is an old one and I wouldn’t suggest buying a used one as I did as the quality was very poor.

I enjoyed reading this and doing to practices. I was able to connect with a higher guide and she helped clear out a lot of limiting beliefs. She has also given me messages to help me on my path. As of yet, I have had the experience of her talking through me but I am sure it will happen as I continue to clear. It just takes a bit of practice and I’m not giving up.
