I requested this abalone bracelet with the heart shaped links. It’s very pretty in person, so the photos are accurate in their depiction.
I have very small wrists so there was some measure of concern about whether this would be too big to fit me. However, it fits but just nearly – I’m on the very last link on the extender. I was also wondering about how much of a challenge it would be for me to do up this bracelet on my own. As I said, I need to have the bracelet on the very last link for it to fit me. Nevertheless, I was able to slip the bracelet, fastened, over the widest part of my hand & have it come to rest on my wrist without any issues of it slipping off.
The bracelet looks very pretty on, & eye-catching without appearing gaudy or ‘loud’. While this bracelet is not made from a precious metal – it’s stainless steel, but it doesn’t look inexpensive or ‘cheap’, if you will. I like wearing stainless steel because it doesn’t cause any discoloration of my skin, no irritation either, & as a metal, it holds up really well to daily wear abuse, it doesn’t tarnish, or require any special care.
There have been a couple of times that I’ve noticed the bracelet has flipped over while on my wrist, so that the abalone is on the inside & touching my skin, with the undersides of the hearts facing outward or upward. This hasn’t happened often but I wanted to mention it anyway. The undersides of the hearts have a textured finish, it resembles a costume jewellery version of milgrain*. So, my point is even when it’s flipped, it’s not ugly, or even obvious that it’s not designed to be that way. It just looks like a bracelet with textured silver hearts.
*This is a jewellery dictionary definition of milgrain: “This jewellery technique adds a beaded texture to metal and creates an eye-catching degree of sparkle.”
I’ve not had the bracelet long enough to speak to how well it holds up over time, but once I’ve had the chance to test it out, if any issues occur, I’ll be back to share it here.
I feel the current selling price of $13.99 is reasonable for this bracelet. As I mentioned at the beginning, the photos on the Description Page do a good job of showing the bracelet as it actually is. So, I believe if you like what you’ve seen & have read about the bracelet, you’ll be pleased with your purchase, should you decide to make one.

Beautiful abalone. A classy flash bracelet. I like the adjustable option to fit the bracelet how you need it. The clasp worked well and it matches many outfits. Very happy with this purchase.

The Butterfly Abalone Bracelet caught my eye because I have a pair of earrings that are similar, and I’ve always wanted a bracelet or necklace to match. It’s a lovely little bracelet that’s adjustable, fitting a range of wrist sizes—the smallest size is about 6.5 inches—but you can easily remove a link to make it smaller.
The abalone shell looks really pretty against the stainless steel settings. You really can’t beat the quality for the price charged—it’s an excellent value!

This woman’s link bracelet is fairly lightweight, easy to put on and take off, and comfortable to wear. With the adjustable chain, it should fit most people, though it fits my small wrist a bit loosely. The colorful butterfly charm design is super cute, though it’s one-sided, so you might need to flip it occasionally to show the color side, if you mind, like I do. Overall, it’s versatile for everyday wear, for work or casual outings, solo or stacked.
