    Very good! I have not experienced any side effects. I like to take it on my bad days when I’m feeling down and it definitely helps my mood in an hour or so!! No gross pill smell, and the size is manageable. No larger than most natural dietary supplements. They dont get stuck in your throat. Good for price too!
