Awesome value, definitely noticed an energy boost and l’m 49 years old. The dose is 2 capsules per day. Honestly, with most of the RDA percentages well above 100% and some over 1000% !!!
I now take no more than one capsule per day, sometimes one capsule every other day. Better safe than sorry imo and you still get a kick in the pants even at a lower dose. The side benefit is that this ” two month supply ” now can easily last several months.
This has nothing to do with money, but everything to do with moderation in supplementation. Remember folks, these are supplements, they should supplement your diet to work synergistically with the food you eat.
