The pills are larger than I imagined they would be, but they are still easy to swallow and they dont upset my stomach. Have they made an impact on my wrinkles? Well I am about two weeks in with not a perfect track record of taking them daily. I feel like my skin has a bit of a glow and maybe a minor reducing of wrinkles. I am hopeful with more time and more consistency I will see a more dramatic result. I will have to update this after more time has passed.

Good combination of supplements for Skin. I’ve been taking this combination of supplements for skin along with Saw Palmetto, for 3 months. Skin has more elasticity, firmness, less droopy around jaw line and neck. Including better texture of skin on my arms. Its not a miracle pill by any means but there are visible changes in the appearance of my skin that even others have noticed. I am not usually negative about products on here – but this is a clear capsule that could have anything in it – smelled awful – I threw these in the trash without even trying – did not look safe – I have no wrinkles but thought the ingredients might be good for the body – but anything could be in these capsules

I’m 67 and have been using these supplements for almost a year. After a few months I was pleased to see the results when I looked in the mirror. I wear makeup daily and I actually felt pretty. lol. I really like this product. I’ve been taking it a couple months and there is a definite difference in my skin. I’m not saying all my wrinkles are gone (I’m 70) but my skin is smoother and softer.
