So I’ve been taking this supplement for a little over a month. My blood pressure was hovering around 150/90 before I started taking it. After 30 days I am down to 129/77 (with a 69 pulse which I’ve never seen before. Usually I’m 90-100) and I plan on continuing with this supplement because though the changes are very gradual there are definite changes in my blood pressure, stress response, and general health that progresses every week. It’s important to note that Hawthorn is a slow acting herb and will not work instantly. But it’s powerful and I feel confident that in time it will definitely produce the desired results. Fully expecting to see my blood pressure continue to decrease the longer I take this per the pattern I’m seeing after month one.

I bought this for my husband, who has just slightly elevated blood pressure, as we were looking for a natural solution to see if we could lower it into the normal range. After about 10 days, he was feeling extremely agitated, with no apparent reason. We looked at the possible side effects – agitation was top of the list. After a few days of not taking it, he felt like himself again. So, unfortunately, this supplement is not for us. A good reminder that supplements ARE medicine, and do have unpleasant side effects for some.

I can honestly say I didn’t think that these were going to help. I read all the reviews. My blood pressure started at 162/91 went to the doctor and she sent me to a cardiologist to check my heart, and it was fine. I told myself I have to do something so I eas already taking D Mannsose for my Kidneys so I said let me see if NOW have something for blood pressure. I started on July 9,2026 today is August 4,2026 my blood pressure is 142/85. I also feel better. Will definitely purchase again very effective no taste small pill.
