Sadly, the thin brown paper package was delivered to my mailbox. The bag had a rip, and the vitamin bottle was missing. My Oncologist recommended I try Black Kohosh as it may relieve/reduce the aches and discomfort in my joints. I’m taking Femara which includes a side effect of joint pain. So I try picking a bottle up at a pharmacy.
Fixer On A Budget –
Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any difference while taking these. The capsules are easy to swallow and the price is fair, but they didn’t work for me personally.

I am perimenopausal so I don’t feel much different except that my period was not as bad as it normally is. No severe cramps and it helped with the migraines.
I bought it because I know that Black Cohosh is supposed to be a good alternative to hormone therapy.

I went from having 1-2 hot flashes an hour, down to 2-3 a day, and now, after one bottle, I hardly ever get them at all. I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the early evening. I know everyone’s chemistry is different, but for me, this has been a miracle.
