I’m only taking once a day and still having some hot flashes-night sweats but not as many. FYI menopause since 52. Found out after I looked online that I should be taking in the morning and at night I wish I could’ve gotten a sticker off so I could read direction from the beginning.lol I’m gonna take my first morning pill now. I’ll get an update.

Menopause was a cake walk compared to cancer hot flashes. I was waking up in the middle of the night with my skin, clothes, hair and bedsheets all feeling like they came out of the washer before hitting the spin cycle! Never experienced anything like it. A nurse recommended black cohosh. I’ve had other NOW products and have been satisfied with them. Something I read said BC doesn’t work for everyone but I wanted to give this a try. Holy cow, what a difference for me, thank goodness. I still get warm but the first capsule on the first night was wonderful. Stocking up because I don’t want to run out.

Been taking this for 3 months so I can give my honest opinion- recommend!!! It doesn’t eliminate them but I may have 1-3 hot flashes a week inside of a day!! I skipped it for 2 days to see what happens – don’t recommend doing. Had the flashes and it sucked! Recommend highly

This is a very good product for hot flashes and yes after menopause you will still have hot flashes I had them for a good 10 years after my menopausal after I went through it all the way I don’t get them anymore I’m 61 but during that time this was very good for my hot flashes and it helps with your sleep I can make you drowsy so be careful don’t take it in the morning or you might find yourself asleep in your car on the side of the road but for taking it at night an hour to two hours before you go to sleep it will help you fall asleep and help you keep you asleep getting up and have to go to the bathroom can’t help there
