Great product, fairly weird name that might confuse consumers a bit. What this is, is a detoxification for the gut. I haven’t been taking this for to long as of this moment so I’m going to have to update it after I finish the bottle. I do happen to actually have some gut issues that I’m hoping it can help with. Unfortunately I get the occasional stomach ulcer. I’m interested to see if maybe this can help prevent them. Currently every thing is actually fine but I do remain vigilant to make sure that what I’m eating and taking is keeping it a bay and not making the problem occur. I’m hoping that this could be a good maintenance supplement. Like I said time will tell.
I think calling it dampness relief is a little confusing to the consumer or perhaps it could be that I’m simply not understanding the connection. As for the quality of the supplement it’s great. Easy to swallow, thankfully no stomach upset, no bad taste or after taste. As for the value you’re definitely not getting a ton in the bottle but for what it is I would say it’s competitive for sure. I need more time with it to really be able to say if I recommend it or not. But so far so good.

This herbal supplement appears to be formulated using traditional Chinese medicine to address what is considered to be excessive “dampness” in one’s body.
I like that it has a pretty decent list of different beneficial herbs that are helpful in general, despite my lack of in-depth knowledge of Chinese medicine. The bottle has 30 pills inside, and each serving is 3 pills. The instruction recommends taking 3 pills after meal once a day, and up to twice a day for more severe conditions. This means the bottle is only good for 5 to 10 days, depending on how you take it.
Overall this supplement has a pretty good formulation, but does not feel to be the best value for the money given it’s only good for up to 10 days according to the instructed usage on the bottle. I would recommend it only for people who are familiar with traditional Chinese medicine, and who happens to know exactly what they are looking for from these.

I’ve been taking these for a little while and they’ve been easy to add into my routine. The capsules are a normal size and simple to swallow, and they don’t have a strong taste or smell. I like that it’s based on traditional herbal ingredients, so it feels more natural and gentle compared to harsher detox products.
So far it feels like it helps me feel a bit less heavy and more balanced overall. It’s not an overnight dramatic effect, but more of a gradual support over time. I haven’t noticed any side effects, which is important to me. Overall it feels like a solid daily supplement for anyone looking for gentle kidney, spleen, and gut support.

I have been using the NOTO Body Dampness Relief Detoxification Capsules for a full 10 days now. I have some swelling in my legs and soreness in my joints. These sounded like a good option to try. I liked the sound of the ingredients and read up on each one. I had to cut way back on the amount due to inactive ingredients that are not listed on the Amazon page. I have side effects from magnesium stearate. I usually will avoid any supplement that has this in it. This does not list magnesium stearate as magnesium stearate but it does list magnesium octadecanoate. With the first does I experienced the cramps and diarrhea I get from magnesium stearate. I figured it was the detox effects of the capsules and dropped to one capsule the next day. After a 3am bathroom run the next couple of nights I thought these are really detoxing! Things got a bit better slowly and the swelling in my legs started going down. My skin was starting to become very dry and I was having to use a lot of body lotion. I stopped the capsules for two days and my legs started swelling again. Started taking one capsule a day again and back to bathroom running cramps and all. That’s when I decided to look up magnesium octadecanoate. Surprise it is also known as magnesium stearate.
While the price is high it is for a detox not for long term. The main ingredients are good although I find the addition of some of the inactive ingredients will keep me from reordering this product.
