Love this. I’ve been researching different supplements to help with energy levels, metabolism, and various health issues, and NMNH has been one that I really feel like has helped. I’ve had this for a few months now, and I can say that I’ve seen a noticeable difference in energy and mental clarity. I also feel like my workouts have been less strenuous and my recovery time afterward has reduced. I appreciate that one capsule contains 500 mg, as I only need one a day, but if you are heavier, you have the option to take more. The capsules aren’t super big and are easy to take. I waited until I finished the bottle to write the review because I wanted to be honest and truthful. I just finished my bottle a few days ago. What I can say about this product is that it did help me to stay energetic. During the period I was taking this supplement, I had several days when I woke up feeling that I didn’t sleep enough ( bad habit of browsing social media and staying up late), but once I pulled myself out of bed and getting going. I functioned like I did not miss any sleep. I was energetic and focused on my work for the whole day , no fatigue or anything. I would recommend this supplement to my family and friends. I am a post-menopausal woman. I deal with a mutant MTHFR gene which causes high homocysteine and alarms my doctor. I also have a number of hormonal issues including thyroid and thymus functions. Your product is restoring the function of my body to what it should be.

The MTHFR gene mutation refers to variations in the MTHFR gene that can affect how the body processes folate, a vital B vitamin. Very happy with this product! It doesn’t upset my stomach as some other ones do. I have noticed my energy level is better. Taking it for memory too. After reading an article that said many people neglect taking their sups because they can be hard to swallow, I added a picture to show size. I often find larger pills, especially tablets, hard to swallow but these caps are easy to swallow, I will reorder.
