   I recently started perimenopause and I’ve read that ginseng can help with energy levels. This has helped me SO much! They work well, easy to take with my other supplements and I already love this brand. Definitely a great supplement to add to the routine.

   I used to have chronic fatigue. When I started taking these, it didn’t take long for me to notice that I wasn’t tired so much anymore. I switched from having an occasional day where I wasn’t tired to having an occasional day when I am tired. This is a supplement I continue to take; it’s a must-have for me. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not have an unpleasant flavor.

   Product is fine but one of the two bottles received contained only nine capsules instead of sixty. Sent message to seller but have not heard anything in response.
