This is a most excellent herbal extract product. Not only is it alcohol free, it is high quality, fresh and potent. I’ve used this product for multiple purposes and it has been excellent in each application. I have used this product to reduce and relieve symptoms of both viral and bacterial bronchitis and have had wonderful results. Marshmallow is an herb that helps loosen and reduce viscosity of the buildup that happens with colds and bronchitis. It is also a great product for helping to soothe and heal your gastrointestinal system. I have also mixed this marshmallow root extract with organic, natural lotion products and used it topically to soothe eczema, psoriasis, chapped and cracked skin. It can be used on skin either straight or mixed with a quality moisturizer or lotion to soothe many skin issues. It is also a fantastic herbal product to help heal cystitis and UT inflammation and irritation. Really good for diaper rash, too.

Get this! Omg I love this product so much! I found it in an Ic support page. When I am having a flare up and a lot of pain with my IC I take a 1-2 dropper fulls with a huge glass of water every hour or so depending upon the pain and discomfort. It will usually start fading after a few dosages (drink lots of water). It is kind of an experiment to see how much you need but this liquid works so much better than any other form of marshmallow root (I’ve tried them all). I swear by this and it’s worth trying! The flavor is naturally sweet so it’s easy to take. I keep a bottle with me always. It is natures version of the common medicine that starts with an E to treat IC without the horrible side effects. (I know the meds work for some, but it didn’t help me and it is also Disgustingly expensive now even with insurance). I do still take uribel and use a teaspoon of baking soda in water to drink if the flare is unbearable and the marshmallow root liquid needs a boost.
It’s also great for when I’m UC and IBS gets bad (autoimmune issues) as well as sore throats (make it into a tea!) when you are sick. Just space out the time you take other medicines/vitamins bc it makes it harder to absorb if taken together. Good luck to my IC sisters I really hope it helps you as well!!! It is not a miracle but stay with it to figure out your dosage when in a flare up and in pain. I use it also regularly for maintenance for a few years now and it’s been wonderful.

I got this so that I don’t have to make marshmallow tea all the time to keep IC in check, so as a time saver. Happily it works better than the tea! I’m not as sensitive to triggers. I also noticed that I am not so reactive to citrus which used to cause bleeding, pain, and spasms almost immediately with any amount. I read about something like this in the scientific literature, apparently it’s true. It’s simply magic. Marshmallow gave me my life back.
I use only 5 drops per day, not more. Too much marshmallow root causes joint issues and can really wreck kidneys. 5 drops is perfect.

I use this for my IC (Interstitial Cystitis), it doesn’t even take time to work. It works instantly. I take it as directed before night with a small amount of water, and instead of getting up 5+ times a night to go to the bathroom, it’s only one. Sometimes none! I **highly** recommend this product. I have tried other marshmallow root products but this is the only one that, as long as I remember to take it nightly, it works! The taste isn’t too bad, it has a hint of sweetness to it and it is the best tasting marshmallow root extract I’ve tried so far.

If you’re used to taking herbs orally as tincture then this tincture does not have to be diluted in water. It’s quite sweet and I had no problems with the dropper. You can easily just squirt it right into your mouth like I said if you’re palate is already used to herb tastes. Very good product. I will definetly order again. My only complaint would be that I wish I could order a giant bottle of it 😂
