I have ADD & it’s hard for me to unwind & go to sleep. I’ve been using these for about 6 months now & within 30 minutes after I chewy 2 of them it relaxes me enough I get sleepy & can finally sleep. I love how I wake up the next day without the hungover feeling.

Like most of the other reviews I am happy with the results of taking (only) one of the gummies before bedtime. They do help me relax and get to sleep. I’ve had no after effects at all. The taste is yucky imo, but tolerable.

This kicks in between 30 and 60 minutes. And yes it does work. Unfortunately it last maybe 3 hrs. The Down side is indigestion. I’ve only used it twice and it lit a fire in my tummy and throat.

I’ve been using Nature Made Wellblend Stress Relief Gummies for about 3 weeks. I was skeptical at first, but they do seem to be effective. They are easy to chew, and taste pretty good. The recommended serving is to take 2, but I started with taking only 1, and it seems to be enough to achieve the desired result. I’m still reserving judgement to see how they work over a longer period of time. However, my husband has commented that he does notice that I seem more relaxed lately since starting to use these Gummies. I used to use Stresstabs Advanced, but they have been discontinued. These Nature made Wellblend Stress Relief Gummies seem to be even more effective in helping to manage stress. I am considering re-ordering another bottle of them in the near future. So far, they really seem to make a positive difference.
Update: My previous review was shortly after beginning to use these Stress Gummies, and I wanted to update after a few months had passed. Well, I just re-ordered a bottle for the 5th time! I intentionally stopped taking them for several days to see how I would feel. After about 4 or 5 days, I began to feel much more tense and resumed taking them again. What a positive difference they make! Our daughter also tried them and was pleased with the result so she too is using them. I still only need 1 a day to achieve the desired result. I just hope they don’t discontinue making them!

I don’t have anxiety but have problems falling into sleep. So I use this gummy primarily to help sleep in normal days (for bad days I take stronger, specific sleeping pills). These gummies are amazing in the sense that they give you enough drowsiness to sleep but have ZERO side effects. The sleepiness is less than specific sleeping pills. But all sleeping pills I have cause some side effects (drowsiness on the second day, losing memory, underperformance in working out/muscle building, etc.). This one have none of those.
The sleep-inducing effect is light for those who suffer from chronic insomnia, as it should be – it’s not a prescribed sleep-inducing medicine. For me, gummies that make me sleepy enough in good days with no side effects are perfect.
It’s also very safe. I take 2, following the instructions. My friend takes one and says that’s enough amount for her. My husband, on the other hand, takes 5 everyday (not recommending this!) with no issues!
It also tastes good. I wish there could be other supplements made of the same taste:)

If you don’t want to go on prescription chill pills, yet you have to deal with nutcases and lunatics on a regular basis like I do— it starts to get to you after a while, THESE ARE WONDERFUL. They take the edge off and I can take them day or night. Starts working within about 45 minutes and definitely helps with sleep and waking up feeling pretty good without that first initial feeling of anxiety in the morning. I just wish they sold them in a 5 gallon bucket. 😄

I have severe PTSD, which has become increasingly worse over the past three years. Working with a neuropsychiatrist and psychotherapist, I have tried nearly a dozen prescription medications in combination with weekly therapy sessions. Not only did nothing work, my condition has rapidly worsened in the past few months. One evening, after several days without sleep, I was hanging on by a slender thread and had decided to seek in-hospital care. While waiting for my doc to get into her office, I started searching for ways to get through panic attacks. It was then that I discovered this approach and figured I had nothing to lose. I ordered same-day delivery and within a few hours I was taking my first dose.
Given my history and basic personality, my expectations were low…very low. I thought that if nothing else I’d get a candy treat out of the process. One hour passed and nothing. At the 90 minute mark, I was chastising myself for having bought three bottles of expensive candy. Then it kicked in. First my migraine dissolved away and then my entire head and body relaxed and I slept for several hours. When I awoke my sense of ease was still there. Being a major skeptic, I tried to convince myself it was just a coincidence and a psychosomatic response. It’s now several hours later and I’m still headache free and my muscles and limbs aren’t twitching and shaking. I intend to stick with the one-dose per day directions, but I’ll probably take them in the evening when my symptoms are typically at their worst and I often end up running around the house shouting profanities and falling to the ground in tears. I am a bit perturbed that my doctor has let me suffer for more than three years without even suggesting trying a natural remedy to ease my pain. But, as they say, better later than never. I’ll try to update this post regularly to keep prospective buyers apprised of my progress. Wish me luck!

Definitely works!! I was looking for something safe to take while breastfeeding and this definitely works. I find it helps me feel much more calm and centered without feeling super sleepy! I got it on the sale price of $14 per bottle. I think it’s worth it for me since it works. The gummies taste ok! Really happy I found these and they work!

After retiring from 32 years in a very stress-filled job as a teacher, I was looking for something simple to help take the edge off. I previously tried another gummy brand similar to this one, but it contained lemongrass and caused an allergic-type response, so I stopped taking it immediately. Since then, I’ve been specifically searching for a product with L Theanine and Gaba without a lot of extra ingredients, and I was happy to finally find this one.
I’ve been taking it for about a week now, and it has definitely helped me feel calmer and more balanced. It takes the edge off without making me feel drowsy or causing any side effects for me. My mood has improved, and I’ve also noticed better focus throughout the day.
The taste and texture are both really good. The gummies are not sticky at all and have a true gummy texture. The strawberry-like flavor is actually pretty decent. I also appreciate that the ingredients are simplistic and do not include lemongrass or unnecessary additions.
Overall, this has been a great value for the money, and I’m very pleased with the results so far.

My trainer recommended these to me when I was having trouble staying asleep and getting quality sleep. These make me tired within 30 mins of taking it (I usually only take 1), and it helps me stay asleep and get into REM. I don’t feel groggy in the morning either. I like that they don’t have melatonin since that often makes me feel weird in the AM
