Die Flohsamenschalen quellen gut auf, lassen sich problemlos in Joghurt, Müsli oder Wasser einrühren und gehören inzwischen fest zu meiner täglichen Routine. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass es sich um Bio-Qualität handelt und die Verpackung wiederverschließbar ist.
Wer seine Ballaststoffzufuhr unkompliziert erhöhen möchte, macht hier meiner Meinung nach nichts falsch. Wichtig ist nur, ausreichend dazu zu trinken.

J’ai acheté ces graines de chia NaturaleBio 450 g pour enrichir mon alimentation quotidienne et je suis très satisfait du produit. Les graines sont de bonne qualité, propres et faciles à intégrer dans de nombreuses recettes : yaourts, smoothies, porridge ou encore puddings.
Elles gonflent bien au contact de l’eau et procurent une sensation de satiété agréable, ce qui peut aider à mieux gérer les fringales entre les repas. J’apprécie également leur richesse en fibres, qui contribue à une bonne digestion, ainsi que leur apport en oméga-3 et en minéraux.
Le sachet est pratique et permet une bonne conservation du produit. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent pour une quantité de 450 g. Après plusieurs semaines d’utilisation, c’est devenu un indispensable dans ma cuisine.

Great product, I’m using it in baking (I have celiac disease and do only GF baking) instead of xanthan gum as well as a supplement for extra soluble fiber.
