Alright so, before I begin, to those who are new with Crystal/ Stone healing/ meditating. These are my own interpretations, based off of my own experiences with stones. These are not 100% accurate in what to use the stones for, or what their purposes are. Please note that in the picture I have also labeled them. I tried making them as clear as possible, and hope that this help some of you out. Always do your own research.
Alright now that that’s out of the way…
These stones are absolutely gorgeous! They are about the size of my thumb, around tip of thumb to knuckle of thumb. They are full of positive energy and are charged. They came very well packaged and the velvet bag is stunning. I will be purchasing from this company again. I do wish it came with a pamphlet or something for beginner’s, or for people coming back into the swing of things that need a refresher. Other than that, definately a good purchase.
Now onto the tips and tricks, you can skip all this and carryon your day or read on, power through the small novel I have written as a review.
I reccomend cleansing and charging your crystals/ stones before you first use them. This is just as a precaution and to get the most from your crystals. Also it helps you to connect with your new stones and really make them your own before that first meditation, you’ll feel a bit more connected and possibly in tune with the crystals before that first meditation.
So to cleanse them, I reccomend filling a bowl with uncooked rice, and placing the stones in the bowl (follow your intuition on if you should bury the stones or leave them unburied, for each stone.) For 24 hours. The rice can either be white or brown, it doesn’t matter. But after 24 hours, remove the stones and throw away the uncooked rice. You don’t need that negativity in your life! This is the safest and least damaging way to cleanse your stones, do this often (once a week- every two weeks- once a month, you decide how often) it helps to purify the stones and rid them of any negative emotions that you may have stored in them. If you have a really stressful weak, because Adulting is tough man, or you’ve just received some bad news, like a friend passing or a loved one (my condolences) and you meditated with the crystals to clear your mind, I would kindly suggest cleansing and charging them. If you don’t use them that often, but you forgot when you last cleansed/ charged them., cleanse/ charge them.
You can also rinse them in salt water, however I recommend not doing this, as some of the crystals could actually erode or break apart. This method should only be used if you know that the stone is safe to immerse in water. Some crystals that should not be submerged/ ran under in water are:
Selenite, Malachite, Lapis Lazuli, Fluorite, Calcite, Desert Rose, Labradorite, or Halite. There are more, they are just escaping my mind right now.
Do your research, and decide what’s best for you and your crystals/ stones 🙂
To charge them is a little bit of a longer process, you can either charge them by placing them in a window, or outside on a patio (as long as theres no raccoons who love shiny rocks) on a full moon. Let them bathe in the light of the moon for the night. Now some people will say sunlight works just as well, and it does, however it causes your stones to fade and sometimes that’s ok, it builds the character of the stone. I just personally for the first year, bathe them in moonlight. You may also place a stone in the center and create a circle with your other stones around the center stone. Leave the center stone there for 24 hours and slowly rotate your stones/crystals until all of them have been in the center. Or you can bury them in the earth for 24 hours, just make sure to mark where you buried them. This ensures that you are harnessing the power of nature in its purest form, and the stones just resonate beautifully afterwords. Just make sure its in a dry patch where your sprinklers won’t soak your stones, as stated before this can permanently damage your Stones. Do your research.
Now that we’ve went over the cleansing, here is a small idea of what each stone means, what chakras they focus on, and what their healing properties are for me personally. As you continue on your own journey the stones will have their own personal meaning for you. These meanings are just basic and will change over time. Everyone is diffrent, and that the beauty if it! It could mean something completely diffrent in 5 years from now. Just have fun, do your research and be careful.
1) Green Aventurine
Chakra: Heart
Green Aventurine is known as the “Stone of Opportunity,” thought to be the luckiest of all crystals, especially in manifesting prosperity and wealth, or for increasing favor in competitions or games of chance.

Green aventurine healing properties provide soothing energy to facilitate emotional healing, as supported by aventurine crystal meaning. Balance and harmony are more easily attained while anger, irritation and nervousness are reduced or eliminated.
2) Pink: Rose Quartz
Chakra: Heart
Rose Quartz. The fair and lovely Rose Quartz, with its gentle pink essence, is a stone of the heart, a Crystal of Unconditional Love. It carries a soft feminine energy of compassion and peace, tenderness and healing, nourishment and comfort.

3) Red: Red Jasper
Chakra: sacral, base and earth
Red Jasper is a stone of empowerment, bringing strength to resist emotional domination by others, and the courage to overcome domestic violence. It also sustains those in the process of healing and recovering from violent sexual experiences.
What are the healing properties of Red Jasper?
A stone of physical strength and energy, Red Jasper stimulates gently and steadily, enhancing stamina and endurance, and increasing the amount of chi, or life force, in one’s aura. It is a stone of health and passion, and brings the courage to face unpleasant tasks and to rectify unjust situations.
4) Brown: Tiger’s Eye
Chakra: base, sacral and solar plexus
Tigers Eye Stone is a crystal with lovely bands of yellow-golden color through it. This is a powerful stone that helps you to release fear and anxiety and aids harmony and balance. It stimulates taking action, and helps you to make decisions with discernment and understanding, and unclouded by your emotions.
What are the healing properties of Tigers eye?
A stone of protection, Tiger Eye may also bring good luck to the wearer. It has the power to focus the mind, promoting mental clarity, assisting us to resolve problems objectively and unclouded by emotions. Particularly useful for healing psychosomatic illnesses, dispelling fear and anxiety.
5) Purple: Amethyst
Chakra: crown
The amethyst gemstone imparts healing energies and an improved life balance. When placed on a crystal medicine wheel, purple amethyst stones encourage healing and promote balance in your life. A purple amethyst stone in this position providesclarity, in keeping with amethyst meaning.
What are the healing properties of Amethyst?
Amethyst has healing powers to help with physical ailments, emotional issues, and in Energy Healing and Chakra balancing. Amethyst crystal therapies are primarily associated with physical ailments of the nervous system, the curing of nightmares and insomnia, and balancing the crown chakra.
6) Black: Obsidian

Obsidian is truth-enhancing. A strongly protective stone, it forms a shield against negativity. It blocks psychic attack and absorbs negative energies from the environment. Obsidian draws out mental stress and tension.
7) Blue: Lapis Lazuli
Chakra: activates the psychic centers at the Third Eye, and balances the energies of the Throat Chakra. The Brow Chakra, also called the Third Eye, is the center of our perception and command.
Lapis Lazuli is one of the most sought after stones in use since man’s history began. Its deep, celestial blue remains the symbol of royalty and honor, gods and power, spirit and vision. It is a universal symbol of wisdom and truth.
What are the healing properties of Lapis Lazuli?
Encourages self-awareness, allows self-expression and reveals inner truth, providing qualities of honesty, compassion and morality to the personality. Stimulates objectivity, clarity and encourages creativity. Lapis Lazuli assists to confront and speak one’s truth and inspires confidence.
8) White: Clear Quartz
Chakra: cleanse, open, activate, and align all of the chakras.
Clear Quartz is known as the “master healer” and will amplify energy and thoughts, as well as the effect of other crystals. Most common and abundant in the world, the Clear Quartz opens the mind and heart to higher guidance. This clear yet radiant gem may accelerate the fulfillment of the healing process and one’s prayers. This good for everything stone is also believed to amplify the power of other crystals, and can be programmed with your desired intention, so make a wish!
What are the healing properties of Clear Quartz?
Clear Quartz harmonizes and aligns all the chakras. Keep it with you and set your own intentions or along side other stones to amplify their meanings.
Quartz is the most powerful healingstone of the mineral kingdom, able to work on any condition. Clear Quartz is known as the stone of power and amplifies any energy or intention. Clear Quartz protects against negativity, attunes to your higher self, and relieves pain. I recommend using Clear Quartz alongside your other stones, but take it one day at a time. Use red jasper with the clear quartz one day during meditation or yoga, then rotate it to the Lapis Lazuli the next day with the Crystal quartz. Really it’s up to you, as I said before, this is just how I have done it, it is by no means the correct, or the most useful way. Do your research, come to your own conclusions.

This is an excellent starter set for any new to chakra alignment or even a starting reiki practitioner. It’s also great in general for someone new to the elements of crystal healing. There is a stone that aligns with each of the 7 chakras or they can be used individually.
I personally purchased this kit to use during reiki sessions and provide education to those not familiar with crystal healing.
To cleanse the stones I used sage spray (from Shaman’s Dawn) and left them on top of my selenite charging block (energy muse) outside for 24 hours (to charge under the moon and the sun.) Be sure to set an intention prior to charging your stones as well.
This kit is a great stepping stone for anyone that’s not familiar with crystal healing but is looking to learn more and possibly invest in individual crystals.
For more information on crystal properties I recommend two books which I purchased off of amazon: The Crystal Bible as well as The Encyclopedia of Crystals; both by Judy Hall. If I had to recommend one of the two books it would be the crystal bible.

I bought these for myself to help with alignment during meditation. The package arrived in 3 days (I ordered late at night, so I’d really say 2 days) and was intact – came wrapped inside a nice purple velvet pouch. As a bonus, I received a bag of identical smaller stones – ALL SEVEN! That was extremely impressive and unexpected. The stones are all a good size and look good – a few scratches on the Jasper but not terrible. The only slight negative I would give is that there is no guidance on a small placard of sorts to tell what each stone represents/energy it can give and that would have been helpful rather than referring back to their Amazon site or other resources. Nonetheless, I would absolutely purchase from this seller again and believe this was a well-worthy purchase.
