I was looking for an inexpensive opal pendant necklace to match a similar pair of earrings I picked up at TJMaxx, just for occasional wear. This necklace completes the look. Very nice size if you are looking for something small and not flashy. The chain is a little delicate, so I will change that for something sturdier. For the price, I didn’t have very high expectations. So overall I’m VERY satisfied.

Absolutly beautiful! I have an opal ring I got from my boyfriend and I’ve been looking for a necklace to match my unique ring for q while now. Well this is perfect! Its dainty and elegant , my only semi complain is that the chain is really short. Even though it does have an expanded part it is still pretty short. I still love it but for others looking to purchase be were of that!

The blue opal pendant is lovely. The color of the stone is deep and rich, a perfect match to my other blue opal pieces. The pendant is small and dainty in appearance, but big enough to give a pop of color. I like the weight of the pendant. It lays on the neck properly and doesn’t flip as a lighter piece might. The pendant alone is worth the price of this item, which is why I didn’t give it a lower star rating.
The chain came to me in a tangle. It took time to work the main ball apart, but one section never came free and remained in a knot. the chain is so thin I have a feeling it would not have lasted long even if it was large enough to go around my neck. I can wear an 18″ chain, but this one must be shorter than that, since it did not fit.
I have placed the pendant on my own sterling chain and was glad to see the bail was large enough to accommodate this. In fact, it is large enough that most pendant chains should not have a problem with it. I like the bail design. It looks modern, but still has a classic feel.
I can recommend the pendant. If you tend to switch out chains on your pendants as I do, the fragile chain is not a deal breaker. If you are giving this as a gift, even though it comes in a nice gift box with a polishing cloth, I would be hesitant to gift it as is. I would switch out the chain before gifting it.

It’s a really small piece of jewelry but it works for any occasion. A very subtle accent to any outfit, I love pairing it with small opal earrings and a thin opal bracelet.

The charm itself is fine (quite cute actually— pretty enough for the price). I give this 3 stars because the chain is not as advertised in the photos; it is entirely too short (like it was made for a child) and too light to hold the weight of the charm (the charm will flip over repeatedly). I’m sure once I put it on my own, suitable, chain that it will be fine though.

I love opal and actually never had any blue opal jewelry so I thought that this would be perfect! It is a fair cost, the opal is a pretty deep blue with green flashes. The pendant is stamped “S925” on the back of the bail. I can only wear 19 inch or longer chains and pretty much every necklace is sold on an 18 inch chain these days and that is how long this necklace chain is, which is great becuase that’s what most people can wear. I was happy to see the bail was large enough to slide off of the chain and onto another one that I already have and is 19 inches. The chain is really pretty, shiny and sparkly but it is pretty fine in thickness, it’s very thin and I don’t think it would take much for it to break. I would definitely test it out at home and if you want to put it on a different chain I have seen a ton of affordable sterling silver chains on Amazon!

SO pretty 😍 My daughter and I have ALOT of this jewelry. the blue, also blue with purple…. We love it , we have multiple rings, multiple bracelets, other style necklaces …. It shines so pretty 😍 especially when it’s with the purple like our other pieces
