I don’t know if it works yet.. the toilet shows blue.. I’m making diet changes along with this too early to tell I think.. I do not take it daily.. about 2 – 3 times per week. When I opened the new jar/seal, it stank. Just be warned of that for sure..

I have been using this product for almost a year. I have noticed increased energy. I would say that it was definitely effective within the first three days. I noticed a change in my energy level. I would definitely suggest taking methylene blue in the morning and not at night.
