i’ve tried other psyllium brands and types, this one is the best. its kind of expensive, but you only need a tiny amount and it lasts for a very long time, i’d say about 6 months used regularly. best of all, does not constipate. i use it with a little oil, olive, or flax and drink a whole glass of clear water after for best results.

It clumps way to fast and part of it stuck in my throat as I was trying to swallow it. I’m giving it 4 stars because I have trouble swallowing and someone else who doesn’t have that problem might not have any trouble with it. Also it was really easy to return the product for a full refund.

I’ve used this product before and liked it. First order was fine. Second order not good – the plastic container had leached, and the entire thing tasted and smelled like plastic.

This product will NOT mix in water. It doesn’t matter if you put the water or the powder in the glass first, or use cold or lukewarm water. It just clumps and is undrinkable. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Luckily I was able to return it – thanks Amazon.
