This stuff is FANTASTIC. It has done so much to detox my system, and I’m feeling so good. Fair warning: It is BITTER, and enough of it will send you to the restroom. So I would say wait to use this until you’ve become accustomed to detoxing through gentler means so your system doesn’t do a freak out. It is a super astringent herb, and it will draw a LOT of water out of your system while flushing toxins. Avoid overdoing it because of that. Too much, and for too prolonged a period, and it will dehydrate you. It is NOT an herb that you’re meant to be on for a long period of time. Pay attention to those words. While it’s great, it can be overdone. Fair warning also: Taken before sleep, this will give you super vivid dreams. So whatever you’re prone to dream about, it’ll be amplified. If you’re nightmare prone, I would say avoid it before bedtime. All in all, it’s a really powerful plant, it does a tremendous job detoxing, and a LITTLE goes a LONG way. Be sane about using it.

This is the best Herbs that I have used. You all were out of order of the tablets I was taking for 2 years so I switched to the Haritaki powder and it’s been great. Healthwise I love the results. I have recommended Your wonderful herbs to family and friends.

1st time ever trying haritaki and decided to go with this brand, anyways while consuming it I started with 1/2 a teaspoon and noticed that the taste was great and lured me to the bathroom for a no# 2. However it did speed up my heartbeat so I guess it’s not for me which sucks b/c I love the taste.

Great product onky gave it one less star because its flavor is not as impactful as another brand Ive used. I wish it also came with a small scoop but I love that it is a resealable bag and its been fast acting on the body as I use it. Same bitter initial yaste with light sweet after tones. Will definitely make you more regular as you detox.
