It’s a medium but still pretty loose, I consider myself a pretty big person. I originally purchased this Bracelet hoping to help with smoking but it isn’t strong enough but it does help with the pain I have in my hands and pretty fast acting.

it’s a nice looking bracelet. much sturdier than others available. a little tricky to manage the clasp. but I noticed no difference from wearing it.
EDIT: I’m changing to 5 stars because the customer service has been awesome. They reached out after my initial review and asked about the issues I mentioned. They took time to educate me on the use of magnets, explained why the bracelet wasn’t the right product for what I was looking to treat and offered me a different product my specific issue. When I had questions about the new product, they answered them very quickly. Every company should take this much pride in their products and customer service.

There was really nothing special about this bracelet… I tried to believe the science behind it, but I have more faith in my Lord Jesus! I just quit wearing it! I miss it grabbing for fork sometimes! That was funny! I thought it as being a pretty piece of jewelry. I just gave up wearing it!

This bracelet is so magnetic I’m half-convinced it’s trying to fix my golf swing by sheer force of physics. The hematite stones have a weight to them that feels substantial, like I’m wearing a high-tech anchor for my focus. It’s sleek enough to pass for a regular accessory, but powerful enough that I have to be careful not to accidentally pick up my silverware at lunch. 10/10 for style and magnetic vibes.
