After a couple of years of having my blood work show abnormal liver enzyme amounts in my blood, I started taking this and this year, my liver enzymes were normal and the lowest they have been in several years. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or the supplement, but since I have changed nothing about my lifestyle, I’m going to say that it is this supplement. I will update after next year’s blood results!

I am not going to say these doesn’t work, because I had emergency gallbladder surgery and I was needed something to help with my liver. I had to stop taken them, because I was feeling a really bad burning from my liver. It was probably just detoxing it, but it hurt so much I couldn’t deal with the pain. I took the recommended dose of 2 at a time; so I am hoping that it was just to much at one time. I am going to try it again in a few weeks, but just take 1 capsule a day and see how that goes.
