   Tastes awful. Adding a sweetner defeats the purpose of the product. But I had to. It didn’t help. Idk if it helps my sugar numbers because Amazone asks for a review before you can give it a chance to do it’s thing. The packaging was nice. Tea bags were different, no sting attached.

   I tea virtually eliminated my cravings for sugars and sweets making it possible for me eat healthy within feeling like I am losing my mind to keep up the willpower to eat healthy food. I cut sugar out of my diet almost entirely, I can be in a room full of people eating whatever they want and my cravings for sweets and carbs do not go into overdrive.
