I ordered the sterling silver yellow gold plated citrine pendant necklace. The pendant was exactly as described. However, the chain was a flimsy link chain instead of a box chain as described in the ad and shown in the pictures. I did not want to directly write a bad review. So I reached out to the seller to report the issue, hoping they wound cooperate and help to correct their mistake. Although they accepted their fault., they were very uncooperative at helping solve the issue. They pretty much washed their hands off the issue and asked me to reach out to Amazon directly. It was a terrible and frustrating experience. Clearly showed that the seller did not care about their customer or their reputation.

I purchased this to pair with other pieces I have. It’s very pretty, just the right length for me. The only thing wrong with it is the too small connector ring that has to fit in the other connecting piece. I took a chance and also bought the magnetic connector types. The too small ring fit on the magnetic part and now all I have to do is put the two magnets together! It takes maybe 5 seconds to put on a necklace! So if you purchase this necklace, be sure to look for the magnetic connectors also!
