As we age I feel like this is a great supplement to implement into one’s daily schedule. Ginkgo Biloba is known for it’s abundant antioxidants that are so beneficial for a number of health issues including memory. This is a quality supplement and just one medium size capsule daily that for me was easy to swallow and no ill effects. I liked that the bottle contains 180 capsules which is a (6) month supply which makes life easy and affordable to take. I appreciate that it is lab tested as well.

So far this is a great supplement, ginkgo biloba is a wonderful herb that helps with memory & focus. I like that you only have to take one pill, I do it in the morning to help me focus throughout the day. I feel like it’s helping although I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks. I found that it was an easy to swallow capsule. Overall i feel like this is a decent supplement if you are looking for a little extra help with memory & focus. Like all supplements make sure to check that it doesn’t interfere with other medications you are taking

I’ve been taking this Ginkgo Biloba supplement for about a month now, and I can definitely feel a positive difference in my midday focus and mental clarity. The 150 mg dosage is excellent because you only need to take one per day, and the 180-count bottle offers an amazing six-month supply for a very reasonable price. I also love that the ingredients are clean, non-GMO, and free of common allergens like soy and gluten.
Capsules are fine, average size, clean, and tasteless, plus it doesn’t upset my stomach – you will want to take these with plenty of water.
When you first open the bottle, there is a distinct, earthy herbal smell but it’s not a problem
Price is fair, and packaging is pleasant: this Innate Vitality is a great option for this supplement.

I remember many years ago there was a big push for people to take Ginkgo Biloba for a variety of reasons. The claimed benefits include healthy brain and better circulation. I obviously have no way to test these things with a blood speedometer but want to do everything that I can do enhance my chances of being healthy as I get older. Blood flow and a healthy brain are indeed vital to our health. These capsules are smaller than several others that I take, making them easy to swallow. They do not affect my stomach nor have I noticed any other side effects from taking these. They are vegetarian!

Ginko is great for helping memory and cognition as we all age. This particular brand seems to be a good all around option and decent value. The capsules are easy enough to take and don’t have any real aftertaste, so that’s always a plus. These are just as effective as more expensive national brands, so no reason to spend more, just get these.
