So I’ve been taking these for about 2 months now and my leg grew back!
No… no it didn’t. I’ve still got both legs. I’m just making a point that I can’t actually say these have made me *feel* any healthier but everything you read says this is not a bad thing to take so I’m taking it.
In times past this kind of jelly capsule would be quite revolting smelling or sometimes tasting. Often you’d have awful burps afterwards. Well the supplements industry seems to have licked those issues because I’ve not had that issue for a while when I’ve taken these in my periodic “must get healthier” attempts.
They’re easy to take, no bad taste, no bad smell, no bad after effects and I’m hoping that this is going to be useful for me in the longer run.
If you are looking at this kind of supplement, then these are a good option to consider.
