The cross is well carved and strung on a sturdy black cord that is long enough to put over your head but adjustable so that you can vary the length. I really like that the cord is not just plain with the cross, but has small, different colored beads that both help to hold the cross and the adjustable catch in place, while adding a bit of dressy color to the pendant. This cross is a nicely substantial piece that is well made and sturdy and that isn’t going to break easily.
