I have mild arthritis in both of my hands along with ‘trigger finger’ in two fingers. As anyone who has ‘trigger finger’ will tell you, it can be very painful. My daughter suggested that I start taking Turmeric and within 30 days I began to see measurable relief and continued use has brought nearly 100% relief. There’s still an occasional ‘trigger finger’ episode but it’s rare and the amount of pain compared to the pre-turmeric use is very diminished. The arthritis discomfort has vanished.
While there’s many sources of turmeric available I need to highly recommend the Gaia Supreme Joint Turmeric over any other brand and formula. Gaia has been a quality product line for years that is organic and vegan. Don’t try to save a couple of bucks with another brand, the difference in quality and formula isn’t worth the savings.

My Mom is 75 not as active as she needs to be, she used to suffer from a lots of body pain in different areas, but she’s always raving about the huge difference that Turmeric has made in her life since she started taking it about an year ago when I encouraged her to try it out.
I’m in my 50s moderately active and last year I started developing a sharp hip pain due to early arthritis; I’ve been taking this supplement for 2 weeks while alternating with the Organic powder form with black pepper to aid its absorption, and also because the PHYTO CAPS (liquid filled) even though very good, its also very expensive because there are actually only 15 servings per jar since the suggested use is to take 2 capsules TWICE a day…
