I live in the pacific north west and we don’t get a lot of sun in the winter months. I also went through some relationship and work troubles and spiraled into depression. After taking this for a month 3x a day like the bottle suggested, I feel a lot better and no longer anxious and depressed. This really works. The only side effects are I have less interest in sex and photo sensitivity. I traveled to a place with lots of sun and forgot to put on sun screen and got a sun rash. The side effects are not anything terrible like Prozac or Zoloft though. I started getting tremors, mood swings, and panic attacks on those SSRIs. Saint John’s wort is gentle and I feel like like is good again.

I take St Johns Wort when I go back to driving school bus in the fall. And stop taking it once school goes to summer break. I heard about this brand on a Sunday Morning news program. I know it works as I feel like a Sunny day each day all winter long. And also know I have to stop taking it in late Spring as my hands start to break out in little water blisters, which is a reaction from the sun and St John’s Wort… that is why I know it works!

I know just what to expect from a single dose as well as how long it will take to feel it. That matters when taking herbal supplements. I’ve tried other brands and other forms (liquid, which I normally prefer), but this is the one that works best for me.

I’ve been taking this St. John’s Wort for many years — over 20 — and I am doing well. I believe it helps me maintain a positive mood — along with other practices like eating healthy, exercise, reading, not too much screen time, and deep breathing with meditation.
It’s all important in order to stay in balance.
Also practicing kindness whenever possible.

St. John’s Wort formula has changed and now uses the Very T/0x/ic ingredient Maltodextrin. Please do your research & do n/ot use any products containing this chemical which h/arms the body.
Dr. Eric Berg DC you/tube
This dangerous ingredient increases acne, bloating, gut inflammation, mental irritability, anxiety, and insomnia. It’s highly addictive because it increases dopamine.
Maltodextrin promotes acid in your mouth, which increases cavities, and it spikes blood sugar more than sugar! If you consume it repeatedly, it can cause belly fat, high cholesterol, fatty liver, and other health problems.
Maltodextrin is often one of the first ingredients in many protein powder products, which means it makes up most of the product. It’s made of inedible dent corn that’s ground and treated with chemicals. It’s typically heated, pressure-treated, decolorized, and deodorized.
After this process, you’re left with maltodextrin powder, which can then be used as a filler to add bulk to different products. Consuming maltodextrin powder has no benefit. It’s classified as a carbohydrate but acts as a sugar in the body.
The glycemic index tells you how much an ingredient will spike your blood sugar. Maltodextrin has a glycemic index between 105 and 185, which is higher than glucose and table sugar!
Many protein powders contain 50 grams of whey protein per serving combined with 253 grams of carbohydrates from maltodextrin. Your need for many vitamins and minerals increases when you consume this many carbs.
Ultra-processed foods like maltodextrin cause oxidation and inflammation in the body. Maltodextrin also causes significant insulin and blood sugar spikes. It may cause you to wake up groggy and have low blood sugar the day after consuming it. This will cause you to want more, creating a vicious cycle that eventually leads to insulin resistance.
To build muscle, you need exercise and protein, not high doses of refined sugar!

I feel better knowing that my herbs are grown here in the US and are of high quality, I can trace each bottle with a
serial number.
Seems as effective as any St. Johns as I have used.
Also I opened a capsule and spread on a bruise, it healed in a couple of days, amazing.

I have used this for 2 days in a row and I believe it helps out a lot. I noticed that it improves my mood and helps me stay relaxed but not drowsy or out of it. I’m so glad I found this! Highly recommend!
