Weak weak flavour took 2 tablespoons in a 12 ounce cup to get even lite raspberry taste.

I normally get flavorings, as you do, in an alcohol base, but these are in an oil base. I was surprised, because I use mine in teas, coffees and other drinks. Having said that, the taste is great, they are more economical, and I’m guessing more shelf stable. I haven’t had them long enough to see if they go stale or lose their flavors yet, but I am very satisfied, and just bought some orange flavor as well as raspberry. Good price, and I’m hoping they keep delivering great flavor.

I do really enjoy the Frontier brand. They make really good quality products that I can count on the products being safe. If you taste this flavoring straight, the flavor is AMAZING. It is very flavorful and delicious, very much like a real raspberry. This is not strong like an extract, which I expected it to be like. I made a chocolate cake and put the raspberry flavoring in place of vanilla for the cake and the frosting. The raspberry flavor was not apparent. Unfortunately, I think you need to use a great deal product in cooking or making drinks with this product. I tried it in water, approximate 2 capfuls. I could not taste the flavor at all. This drizzled straight on a dessert to make it pretty and taste good might be a better way to use this product. The taste straight is amazing but it is weak when mixed in drinks or food. Use this as a drizzle or in large amounts.

Last Christmas I couldn’t find this stuff to save my life and had to settle for another brand that was truly awful. This Raspberry flavor is the best there is with no weird aftertaste. So, if you need it for Christmastime, better get it now!! You don’t want to have to substitute with another kind. This one is simply the best!

I originally purchased this Frontier Raspberry Flavoring to use in a cocktail recipe, but has it been relegated to the back of the cupboard? Oh contraire! I have found numerous uses for this delightful ingredient. Here are a few to kick your kitchen creativity into high gear…
Use it in berry smoothies, raspberry muffins, cheesecake, or to brighten a fruit salad dressing. Use it in a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. If you are watching your calories, change up a pudding-based sugar-free dessert ( chocolate, vanilla, or cheesecake flavor) with a touch of raspberry. Make a raspberry fruit topping for pancakes with a dash added to fresh raspberries. Add the extract after gently simmering your fruit, a bit of water, and your sweetener of choice.

This product is a great value for the money. No bitterness. A little goes a long way. Definitely recommended.

I have loved this product and have subscribed to it for several years. Until recently it was a dark pink color and tasted exactly like raspberries no matter what I used it in. It also had a sweet flavor from the glycerin. The bottle I just opened is a clear liquid with hardly any taste at all. I added it to my yogurt and I couldn’t taste raspberry at all. I am canceling my autoship and hope that Frontier will go back to the old recipe for their nonalcoholic raspberry flavor.
I have never been disappointed with a Frontier product before. I still think highly of them and will continue to used their other products.
