Great flavor. The powder is very fine like powdered sugar. The powder is denser then some others so volumetricaly there is less in the bag. I find in recipes that need a tbl spoon I need to dial it back.

This is my favorite powdered garlic. Obviously it’s not as good as fresh garlic, but it’s close. Some powdered garlics taste bitter or even burnt. This one has no off flavors. It is highly recommended by the radio show “Splendid Table.”

Best one I’ve tried but I havent tried many. I like that it’s a powder. Simply Organic granules would clump up and make stored food go bad faster I’ve speculated. This one does not seem to clump up unless I shake it over steam for quite some time (I store it in the Simply Organic jars). It would be great if it came with twice the amount for the price. We go through it fast here. I add it to my eggs, bread, and stews. Theres nothing like fresh garlic but this adds flavor.

Tastes and smells great! We use it in all of our recipes and it tastes great! It’s a very fine powder which makes it easy to mix into anything! Love how much you can buy at once to stock up for the year, we find that we save money by purchasing this in bulk!
