These sticks have the best cinnamon aroma. I use these in my ice water along with lemon and cucumbers. Also use in my herbal hot tea and hot chocolate. I will never buy another brand. Very fresh when I first receive them and keep refrigerated to preserve freshness.

I love Korintje cinnamon and have used it a long time (Frontier ground cinnamon). It is sweet and floral. To me it actually smells and tastes like Cinnabon cinnamon. The sticks are about 6 to 7 inches long and there a quite a few of them in the bag. Korintje is good value for cinnamon lovers as it isn’t as expensive as some cinnamon yet has all the flavor and aroma cinnamon lovers desire. I love cinnamon and this product satisfies me.

I ordered two bags of these for a craft project for a large group. The first bag was better than the second bag. They are not all 6″ long – some were shorter and some were longer. Some were fat, some were narrow. I really wish they would have shipped these in a padded box as some of them were chipped upon arrival. They were just shipped in a mailer bag, no other packaging. It worked for the craft, but it would have been nice if they were more uniform in size. Overall, for the price, I thought it was a good deal. Just keep in mind you may need extra for a project to account for shipping damage.

I love these cinnamon sticks. I use them in tea and they have such a nice flavor, and I can use the sticks to stir other tea ingredients in hot water, and reuse sticks many times. Also, for deterring bugs in my garden I make a noxious tea with cloves, eucalyptus, sage, mint, oregano, rosemary, and cinnamon. Since this is a hot water based brew, ground cinnamon would get gunky like jello so the stick form of cinnamon works great, with no jello effect, and again, I use the cinnamon stick to stir my brew. I also do an alcohol extraction of all the aforementioned herbs, and for that I grind everything, including the cinnamon, and with the alcohol extraction the ground cinnamon does not turn to gel like it does with water extraction. Then after sitting a while, I strain everything through a filter, and the end result is great for spraying on my plants for organic gardening. Maybe too much information here, but the only thing I’ll add to my lengthy details is that in general I reuse one cinnamon stick many times in hot tea, so it’s economical and the cinnamon pack lasts me a long time. I’ve noticed recently the Frontier products are going up a little bit in price, but no big deal. They are an ethical company that I’m happy to support with my business. Five stars for their products.
