I have been using valerian extracts for over a year. Previously, I have ordered the more expensive Herbals extract. This product has the same soothing effect and strength, but it tastes neutral, which is a great plus.It is very effective on me, when i drink a valerian tea before going to sleep, when i wake up in the morning, i feel like i had an heavy sleep but a good one, you know like the nights you got in holidays when all your stress goes away and you sleep like a baby.

I’ve tried many brands of valerian extract and capsules. This extract is the only one that really works for me. It doesn’t have a strong alcohol flavor like many of the others nor is it sweet. I put two droppers full to into a swig of water before I go to bed. I find it really relaxes me and helps me get a good nights sleep. I definitely recommend this product.
